THE QUEEN OF COLOURS The British textile designer Zandra Rhodes made her colourful entrance into the fashion industry in 1967. With her vibrant and playful prints, she changed the scene for good. All explosions and glitter, The Chrysler and The Empire State Building are exotic and pointed, Zandra has made them into giant sparkling icicles.
FRINGED FOLLIES – R17941 Hot Pink, R17942 Lagoon, R17943 Mint, R17944 Custard, R17945 Safari Because I am a print designer I interpreted fringing into a print. It is so perfect for Rebel Walls! Exotic zig zag fringing hangs from a jewelled braid.

AYERS ROCK – R17931 Desert, R17932 Graphite, R17933 Sunrise, R17934 Grass, R17935 Sandstone, R17936 Valentine The magical rock right in the centre of Australia, now rightfully called Uluru (its aboriginal name). I first visited the centre of Australia in 1973 and drew this amazing rock with the spiky spinifex grass in the foreground. This resulted in this fabulous Ayers Rock print.
ZEBRA SKIN – R17951 Pastel, R17952 Graphic, R17953 Coco, R17954 Candy The design was part of the Zandra Rhodes African Collection 1981, the zebra skins are mixed with Chinese motifs to make exotic stripes and the skins are surrounded with Zandra’s interpretation of African explosions.
