The North Haven Garden Club continues to care for the library gardens, and they look amazing. Although the weeding seems to be unending, it gets done often. The sunflowers are growing, zinnias are popping up. The morning glory seem to have their own idea where they want to grow, so club member Lee Fermo has been training them to go up a pole. Impatiens look nice in between the stepping stones. Club member Cindy Adinolfi painted some nice size rocks (Bee Kind, meditation symbols, ocean with footprints in the sand) and placed them in three of the gardens. Club member Linda Lianos also tends to the library gardens.

The North Haven Heat U11 girls soccer team played up a division and placed first in the U12 South Central District League with a record of 4-1-1.
