AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF EX PARTE REQUEST Personally appeared Dina Mehovic of Plantsville, Connecticut, who deposes and says:
1. I am over the age of eighteen (18) years and know and believe in the meaning and obligation of an oath.
2. On Wednesday, October 28, 2009 around 11:30 a.m., my husband, Nurija Mehovic chased me up the stairs because I plugged the telephone cable in after he unplugged it. Mr. Mehovic does not work or help with anything around the house. All he does is eat and sleep and harass me because of the pending divorce. Our son, Age 14, was home from school and Mr. Mehovic did not know this. I ran into my son's room to avoid getting hit by Mr. Mehovic or worse.
3. I then left and went back to work. 4. I came home around 5:00 p.m. and Mr. Mehovic said he was going to take my car. I have all my work in the car and he has his own vehicle. He said we are going to switch cars every week. I have a 2004 Mitsubishi and he has a 1997 Honda Civic. I need the better car for work and to transport our two boys, ages 14 and 12. Again, he does not need the better car because he does not work and hasn't worked for four years, despite being offered jobs he can do. 5. I wanted to take my stuff out of the 2004 car and he took it. He threatened to take the car out and smash it up. (a) I am in fear for my life.
