FOOD FOR SOUL
Throughout June we lent a hand to support the team at Food for Soul. The organisation was founded by Italian Restauranteur and Michelin star chef - Massimo Bottura. The aim is to fight food waste with the support of social inclusion and individual wellbeing. They have partnered up with the Felix Project to open a new community kitchen in Earls Court. As part of the launch, more than 3 0 o f L o n d o n ’s t o p c h e f s s u c h a s M i c h e l R o u x J r , D a n i e l B o u l u d a n d Alain Ducasse, all volunteered to work a shift at Refettorio Felix, serving lunch to local guests from underprivileged backgrounds.
