THE STUDY PROGRAM IS ACCREDITED SINCE THE SCHOOL YEAR 2012/13.
IMMEDIATE REASONS FOR ESTABLISHING SPECIALIZATION STUDIES :
1. adoption of a set of regulations on energy efficient buildings in 2011, which rely on current European trends in this area (EPBD)
2011. YEAR - YEAR OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN SERBIA!!!
2. participation of teachers and associates from AF in the organization and implementation of pilot training for LEED, organized in 2010 by USAID
GENERAL GOALS OF THE COURSE
Deepening the knowledge necessary for the design, construction and (pr)evaluation of energy-efficient and green buildings as an imperative for future construction :
• enables the acquisition of knowledge and skills that enable competent participation in the design, construction and assessment, i.e., certification of energy-efficient and green buildings
• enables the acquisition of skills in the use of various tools for assessing the energy efficiency and sustainability of buildings
• enables mastering of complementary knowledge from other fields of technical sciences relevant to the process of designing and building energy-efficient and green buildings
CHARACTER AND DURATION OF STUDIES:
Specialization studies of the second degree have an academic character / one-year studies - 60 ECTS
The study program is multidisciplinary in nature, but it is predominantly conceived in the field of architecture and urban planning;
The general part of theoretical teaching contains topics from the field of technical and technological sciences.
The outcome of the learning process is the acquisition of adequate knowledge, skills and competences, as well as a professional qualification that enables independent and responsible engagement in the architectural and engineering profession in the field of design, construction and assessment-certification of energy-efficient and green buildings, in accordance with the current national and relevant foreign regulation.
TEACHING METHODOLOGY:
• teaching is carried out by a multidisciplinary team of teachers, using different methods: through lectures, exercises, independent research, but also architectural design in the studio, seminars, professional practice and other forms of teaching - individually or in smaller teams;
• the completion of SAS EEZA specialization studies is the preparation of a specialization paper consisting of theoretical and methodological preparation and the final paper itself
