The Mignon family comes from a line of wine growers native from Mesnil-le-Huttier, a little hamlet of Festigny, a village located a few kilometres away from Epernay, the capital city of champagne. The Vallee de Ia Marne vineyard runs alongside. Cote des Blancs, well-known for the quality of its Chardonnay. Champagne Charles Mignon has vines at the heart of the Great Growth village of Choui/ly. Therefore all the quality and history of an old vineyard can be found in the House cuvees.
Supplies from the best growths in Champagne area and the precise vinification of the Charles Mignon House allow them to present cuvees combining minerality, fruity and freshness. Bruno and the CEnologist of the house seek the perfect balance between the taste wealth of Pinot and the elegance of Chardonnay. No doubt you will be pleased to discover the Charles Mignon style: "Structure, finesse and purity". A style acknowledged and rewarded by more than 150 awards!
BRUT PREMIUM RESERVE 60% Pinot Noir | 20% Chardonnay | 20% Pinot Meunier Soil : Montagne de Reims, CĂ´te des Blancs. Balanced and aerial, Premium Reserve is a fresh and fruity champagne. Its aromas of white flowers and dried fruits are evocative of its blending: the Pinot Noir provide for its structure, the Chardonnay, its minerality and the Pinot Meunier, its delicacy. 1,234,000 vnd 91 point Wine Spectator 2014 Gold Medal IWSC 2015 Gold Medal au Guide Gilbert et Gaillard 2015 Gold Medal Concours International de Lyon 2015 Gold Medal CWSA 2015

TAITTINGER BRUT RÉSERV E The nose, very open and expressive, delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. It also gives off the fragrance of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The entry onto the palate is lively, fresh and in total harmony.
TAITTINGER NOCTURNE CITY LIGHTS BLANC The subtle and delicate bouquet reveals the delightful aromas of yellow peaches and dried apricots. The palate gives way to flavours of raisins and fruits in syrup.
TAITTINGER PRÉLUDE «GRANDS CRUS» The mid-palate is supple, fullbodied and rich, with flavours of grapefruit. The finish is still very long and refined with a hint of spice, reminiscent of liquorice sticks.

TAITTINGER PRESTIGE ROSÉ The full nose, wonderfully expressive, is both fresh and young. It gives off aromas of red fruits (freshly crushed wild raspberry, cherry, blackcurrant). The palate can be summed up in four words: lively, fruity, fresh and elegant, as only a rosé blend can be.
TAITTINGER NOCTURNE CITY LIGHTS ROSE The colour is a bright, intense, flamboyant pink. Bubbles form a delicate cordon of fine foam. A full-bodied nose reveals delicious aromas of patisserie.
TAITTINGER COMTES DE CHAMPAGNE BLANC DE BLANCS On the palate, the attack is frank with good tension, good structure and a hint of fruit wood. The mid-palate is smooth and voluptuous, with flavours of ripe fruit such as pink grapefruit.

Maison LEROY was founded in 1868 by Mr.Francois Leroy, and they established position in Bourgogne as a top negotiant which is quality oriented without compromise. Maison LEROY is very famous and respected for its top quality selection and storing vintage bottles. All wines are selected by Madame Lalou BIZE-LEROY whose tasting ability is considered as top of tops in France. Madame Leroy made the decision to expand Maison Leroy’s own vineyards in 1988 and began biodynamic cultivation on all the vineyards. From her profound belief that everything is alive: the soil, the grounds, plants, “…as alive as animals and humans…”, she immediately stopped using any products with synthetic chemicals on the vines. From September 1988, all the vines are completely and entirely cultivated under biodynamic principles.

*Biodynamic farming views nature as a holistic interconnected system; it introduces and incorporates the knowledge of astrological and cosmic influences and its effects on the vines in order to care for them, repair the soil, work the soil, for the care given to the vines all year long, and for the care and methods to create the wines and ultimately until it is put in the bottle at Vosne-Romanée.

Today, Domaine Clarence Dillon, has the unique privilege of producing five rare and exceptional estate wines of unequalled reputation as well as their second wines. Domaine Clarence Dillon’s expertise, founded on five centuries of history, is reflected in every wine produced by the estate. In 2005, seventy years after Clarence Dillon’s arrival, his great-grandson, Prince Robert de Luxembourg, began writing a new chapter of the Dillon family’s history by establishing Clarence Dillon Wines to produce and sell the first premium brand wine in Bordeaux: “Clarendelle”.

LE MEDOC DE COS by Cos d’Estournel Grand Cru Classé ............................................................. .Michel Reybier and Aymeric de Gironde, respectively the owner and manager of the famous 2nd Classified, declining to know their history to give life to this new vintage in Médoc appellation, much more accessible in terms of budget and taste profile.
LES PAGODES DE COS by Cos d’Estournel Grand Cru Classé .................................................................................................. Les Pagodes de Cos is, strictly speaking, Cos d’Estournel’s “second wine”. The vines that produce it are eventually used for the “Grand Vin” which is an 1855 Grand Cru Classé. They are grown on the same terroir and are treated in the same way. ........................................................................... Private label for Sofitel-legend-metropole-hanoi
COS D’ESTOURNEL ROUGE A Grand Cru can express a certain style ................................................................................ Like a novelist who maintains the same style in different novels, a Grand Cru wine can express a certain style in different years. Cos d’Estournel has become, in the eyes of lovers of fine wines, the archetype of a certain style of masculine elegance in which immense power is combined with grace and smoothness. COS D’ESTOURNEL BLANC Bordeaux’s most northern white wine grapes ................................................................................ The geographical location of Cos d’Estournel Blanc, close to the Atlantic ocean, combined with the incredible width of the estuary, provides the vines with exceptional coolness in the summer and a welcome mildness in the spring and winter. All of these factors create an ideal terroir for our two grape varieties, Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, and give the wine freshness and a slightly exotic feel…
From a beautiful terroir of deep gravel near the estuary of the Gironde, Medoc de Cos is vinified by the same team in the same winery as the first wine, a spectacular building redesigned in 2008 by architect Jean -Michel Wilmotte. They are simply younger and their roots have yet to grow to their full depth in the gravelly soil. Powerful, very aromatic, long on the palate, with a very persistent finish, Les Pagodes de Cos is a wine of refinement and pleasure, to be drunk within ten years of its bottling at the château.
