ONLINE RETURNS INFORMATION While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions when you may want to return items. Redcurrent is more than happy to exchange or refund goods purchased online within 30 days of purchase date, provided goods are returned in their original, unused condition with packaging and tags. PLEASE NOTE •
All undamaged, correctly returned· products will be refunded to the original purchaser’s credit card, within 7 days.

If a credit is desired, this can be made by way of a Gift Voucher.

Goods are returned to Redcurrent at your own expense, however, if goods are faulty we will arrange for our courier to collect them and return them to us at our expense.

We do not accept returns for sale items unless the goods are unknowingly defective.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned product that is damaged by the recipient due to lack of care or disregard of washing instructions.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS Please complete the customer details and returns form and include with your return. You are also able to return items to a Redcurrent store near you. As Redcurrent is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend that your return using registered and trackable courier.
