Ninth Sunday after Pentecost Pastor Jonathan Trapp, preaching
The theme of the Day:
As Solomon prays for wisdom, we seek to more deeply know the treasures of faith In today’s gospel Jesus offers everyday images that reveal to us the reign of God: a tree that becomes a sheltering home, yeast that penetrates and expands, a treasured pearl, a net that gains a great catch. Even as we seek the riches of God’s reign, the great surprise is that God’s grace finds us first!
The new roof work on the Sims Atrium will begin Monday! If you plan to be at Redeemer during the week here are a few parking items to note:
The spots along the playground, immediately opposite the office doors will be reserved for equipment and materials starting July 28. Parking will be available in the lower lot.
The work will be 9 – 5
If the weather cooperates, the job should be finished by the following Friday, August 4, with the exception of the skylights which will be installed later as these are a custom order
