What is a INSULATED GLASS (DVH)?

The double glazed hermetic glass (DVH) are panels composed of two glass sheets, hermetically sealed by a thermoplastic tape, joined by a dehydrated air chamber, which provides greater acoustic and thermal insulation compared to a monolithic glass.

The tempering process consists of the heat treatment to which we submit our glasses in order to give them properties of mechanical and thermal resistance, converting ordinary glass into a safety glass.

It is a glass formed by one or more layers of glass, interspersed with layers of Polyvinyl butyral (PVB), joined by a process of pressure and heat, that results in a resistant material of excellent quality and performance.

It is a float glass that through a process of lacquering with organic color paint and opaque, are obtained ideal glasses to be used as lining of interior walls, creating unique spaces, with elegant finishes and high quality.

Due to a high temperature heating system, Extralum creates the Fuertex® glass, a tempered glass of high quality, which guarantees protection and beauty in harmony with each environment.

It is made with base of clear floated glass UV-sensitive, DecorEx® is designed to be used in indoor applications.

Heat resistance, can be used in environments up to 60 °C. It can be easily washed with a clean cloth without using abrasive cleaners.
