EVERYBODY’S YOGA Instructor:  Margareda Woll

The class incorporates correct Yoga poses with breathing and meditation. This class is appropriate for ages 16 and older and people at various levels of ability. Work at your own level. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat and towel.

YOGA STRETCH NEW Instructor:  Margareda Woll

A gentle introduction to Yoga for beginners and seniors. Join us to stretch and feel better. Breathing exercises and relaxation techniques are included. No floor work required. Work at your own level. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring a towel.

WATER AEROBICS Instructor:  Margaret Stevens

Improve your cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility while taking it easy on your joints. Shallow water exercise. Water shoes are recommended, but not required.

CE Registration: All registrations require payment or arrangements for payment before class starts. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, gift certificates, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Purchase orders are accepted for professional continuing education seminars. Payment must be accompanied by written registration forms that are hand delivered, faxed or mailed to campus. Online registration is acceptable, if available. Late registrations for multiple-session classes must be completed prior to the third session or second week of class for eight week classes. Registrations are accepted on a first come first served basis. Some classes will have a limited number of seats available and registrations will be processed in the order they are received. All classes will have a minimum number of registrants required for the class to be held, so early registration is encouraged. Refund Policy: Registration fees are refundable prior to the date of the first class session, with written request. No refund will be issued on or after the date of the first class session. Full refunds will be given for courses canceled by Redlands Community College.
