Chef X's 20 years in the culinary scene began at home when he was young and had to help his mom cook for factory workers. He has gained various experiences while studying and working with luxurious international hotel chains worldwide, including Egypt, Australia, and Japan.

Chef X is now back in Thailand to use his knowledge to promote Thai cuisine to the Global market.
