Category “A” - Applies to square 5.5 x 5.5 invitations printed on the front and back. Category “B” - Applies to 5.25 x 7.75 and 4 x 9.25 tea length invitations printed on the front and back. Category “D” - Applies to 5.25 x 7.75 and 4 x 9.25 tea length invitations with one or more photos printed on the front and back. Category “S” - Applies to 5.25 x 7.75 invitations with a cardstock bottom layer and a sheer vellum top layer. These invitations come with a satin ribbon in the color of your choice. Invitations come unassembled. Category “P” - Applies to 5 x 7 invitations with an insert card and a traditional jacket with pocket for optional enclosures. Jacket colors include: matte fuchsia, shimmering black, shimmering lavender, and shimmering lagoon. Invitations will be sent with the pocket shown unless otherwise requested. Insert cards will be printed on shimmer paper or matte cardstock depending on the pocket the invitation comes with. If ordered, enclosure cards will be printed on same stock as invitation. This category also includes a personalized round envelope seal and glue dots for securing card to pocket. Invitations come unassembled.

Dealer Guidelines Everything you need to know and more!
Office Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST. Placing an Order All orders must be placed using the Red Leaf Papers Dealer Portal. If you are unable to use the portal, you may submit your order by fax or email. There is a $8 net charge for submitting your order by fax or email and this charge includes a complimentary proof. Please fax your order to 813.879.4478, or email it to customerservice@ redleafpapers.com. We do not accept orders over the phone. Proofs The Red Leaf Papers Dealer Portal provides an instant proof. There is an $8 net charge for additional proofs. There is a $15 net charge for submitting your order by fax or email and this charge includes a complimentary proof. A proof is sent within 1-2 business days via email. Additional proofs are $8 net (regardless of how many parts there are to the order). processing time Orders will normally ship within 2-4 business days once your proof approval is received. Rush Processing Rush orders in which the proof approval is received prior to the 1:00 p.m. EST cut-off time, will print and ship the following business day, unless the item requires assembly. The rush fee is a $25 net charge. The rush fee applies only to ‘in-house’ processing, and will not affect the shipping method you indicate on the order form. Rush fees may increase during busy periods of printing to $50 net. multiple items If you fax or email your order, each item must be ordered on a separate order form. Invitations and return address may be combined on one order form. Respond cards and respond card return address may be combined on one order form. We will ship each order separately unless otherwise stated on the order form. text All orders submitted through the Red Leaf Papers Dealer Portal will be printed as shown on the instant proof. Do not use abbreviations or punctuation that you do not want on the order. When faxing, be careful not to write in the margins as it will not come through on the fax. Clearly print all copy on the fax exactly as you wish it to appear, underlining what you want in capital letters. If capitals are not underlined, we will use our best judgement. Paper Stocks Invitations, save the dates, announcements, and enclosure cards are printed on 100 lb. Eco-Friendly Paper. Category “P” Insert cards will be printed on shimmer paper or matte (100 lb. Eco-Friendly Paper) cardstock depending on the pocket the invitation comes with. Cancellations An order may be canceled at any time before it has been printed. If an order has been entered in the system or an initial proof has been sent for the order, the cancellation fee is $10 net. If additional proofs have been ordered, the dealer will be charged for the cancellation fee in addition to the $8 net additional proof fee. An order may not be canceled after a proof has been approved or an order has been printed. Agreement We reserve the right to have Red Leaf Papers products removed from any website or store at any time and for any reason.

shipping We ship orders via UPS - including Ground, 3-day, 2-Day & Overnight. If you want the order DROP-SHIPPED (at no extra charge), please indicate the drop-ship information on the order form. UPS has 10 full business days to deliver ground packages, despite what their estimated delivery time is. Please allow 10 full business days for ground delivery. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship orders internationally or to US Territories. Dealers are billed UPS rates for shipping. We cannot bill dealer shipping accounts. invoices Invoices and receipts are NOT included in the box the order is shipped in. You will receive receipts via email. errors When an error on an order is our mistake, we will re-do the order at no charge and ship it out no later than the following business day. (Envelopes will not be included, unless they were part of the error.) Claims must be made within 10 business days of receiving the order. Please DO NOT DISCARD the original order, as we may issue a UPS call-tag to collect the error. If we are unable to call-tag the original order, no refund can be issued. Customer or dealer errors are the responsibility of the dealer. For customer or dealer errors, please resubmit the order with any corrections, including changes to the drop-ship address, proof requested, shipping, etc. Each order will receive 3 extra pieces (excluding labels, luggage tags, and gifts). These pieces are to be used in the event of a printing imperfection or shortage. reorders Reorders are billed as new orders. Samples Samples are sent non-personalized and without envelopes and are $2 net each. postage Some envelopes may require extra postage. Size, weight, shape and enhancements may affect postal fees. If you are unsure about the required postage, contact your local Post Office before mailing. We cannot be responsible for returned items due to insufficient postage. changes Changes may be made to an order and only sent via email. If an order has been entered into the system and a proof has been sent, please make these changes on the proof approval. If a proof has not be sent, please email your changes. Due to our quick production schedule, a change may not be made after a proof has been approved. SPECIAL REQUEST FEE The following customizing options are available for a fee of $20 net: Minimal change to the design elements (larger design edits will incur extra charges), Photo editing, and Logo printing. Please send all logo files as vector artwork (.EPS files), or high resolution PDFs. Very often design color changes may be made when ordering through the Dealer Portal at no additional fee. If a color change is requested other than what is online, the $20 net fee would apply.

Grammar Guidelines The following suggestions may help you when wording invitations.
When titles are used, the husband’s title always comes first.
Doctor and Mrs. Peter R. Wilson Judge and Mrs. Peter R. Wilson Mr. and Mrs. Peter R. Wilson Without title, the wife’s name should come first.
Linda and Michael Davis With children’s names added, the father’s name should come first, then the wife’s name, followed by the children’s names listed according to age (oldest first).
The John Hopkins Family John, Marie, Emily and David Hopkins A comma should always precede the use of suffixes. (Jr., III, Sr., etc.)
Peter R. Wilson, Sr. Peter R. Wilson, Jr. John David Hopkins, III Widow or Married Woman
Mrs. Dylan Frost or Anna Frost The proper use of fiancée or fiancé
The woman who is engaged to be married is the fiancée. The man who is engaged to be married is the fiancé. Use of Plurals
When names end in “s”, “x”, “z”, “ch” or “sh”, add an “es” at the end. Adams = Adamses Wilcox = Wilcoxes Menendez = Menendezes Gingrich = Gingriches Nash = Nashes When names end in “o” or “y”, add an “s” on the end. Garbo = Garbos Henry = Henrys Only use an apostrophe to show ownership, never to form a plural. Happy Holidays from The Halls - is proper (not The Hall’s) Come to the Halls’ beach - is proper (not the Hall’s) Meet at Jane Hall’s beach house - is proper In many cases, the plural form of a name is not desirable. • The Dealer Portal will allow you to type in all wording and view customizing options including available ink colors, fonts and layout options. You will be provided an instant proof that will reflect exactly how your order will be printed.
You will be able to upload photos to all photo invitations, stationery, and gifts when using the Red Leaf Papers Dealer Portal.
• There is an $8 net charge if you would like a proof emailed after placing your order through the Dealer Portal. PLACE YOUR ORDER via Fax or email: ($15 net charge) • Indicate everything, including: Company Name, Dealer ID#, Customer Name, Shipping Address, Shipping Method, the Item Number, Quantity, the Customized Text and any Special Instructions, etc.
