Opening Order & Minimum Re-Orders

Price per item

Minimum opening order is $150. The minimum re-order is $50. An under minimum fee of $10 will apply if the minimum per design is not met or the re-order amount of $50 is not met.

Placing an Order

Receipt of Order

Orders will ship in 2- 4 business days. Orders ship with standard shipping (we will select USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground). Orders up to $149 ($10), $150 - $499 ($20), over $500 (charged market rate). We do not charge a drop ship fee. Upgraded shipping may be requested.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and company checks. Returned checks will incur a fee of $29.

Shortages

All orders are counted and quality assured. In the event of a shortage, we will ship the missing item(s) in 2 â&#x20AC;&#x201C; 4 business days and ship either USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If upgraded shipping is requested, the dealer is responsible for the upgrade charge. Shortages must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the order.

Damages or Incorrect Items Shipped

Returns

In some cases, we may request that these items are shipped back to us. In the event of a damage or incorrect item shipped, we will ship the corrected items in 2 â&#x20AC;&#x201C; 4 business days and ship either USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If upgraded shipping is requested, the dealer is responsible for the upgrade charge. Damages or incorrect items shipped must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the order. Items may not be shipped back to us without a Return Authorization. We do not accept returns.

An order may be cancelled before it is shipped. A restocking fee may be incurred.
