At Red Meets Blue, we're building something special and you've come on board at an exciting time. There is just 1 thing you need you to do… Be yourself. Yep, that's it. That way, we can all be ourselves too. No masks, no facades, no fancy talk. Just you, just us, the way we are – honest
Brand is not just a service it’s everything. “I do a bit of this and a bit of that... Oh and I’m an astronaut too...” said no-one, ever We are a brand agency. Our mission at Red Meets Blue is to “Build Great Brands”. It’s more than just a job. It’s the reason this company exists. We believe that great brands make the world a better place and this is our opportunity to play a part.
Brand cannot be relegated to one of the 10 services you offer. It encompasses everything and defines us. We know brand to be a process, a craft and a discipline. It’s hard work and we love it. We are committed to become the best at it. So don’t fall into the trap of thinking that brand is one of the things we do. Brand is the only thing we do.

We’re not the kind of people who think work is about turning up and doing a job. That doesn’t sound like a fun way of thinking about a place you spend most of your day. Red Meets Blue is about building something great together, and enjoying it. So take off your shoes (metaphorically) and make yourself at home here. There’s plenty of room.

Red Meets Blue looks for specific qualities when recruiting, and one of them is a commitment to working hard. This must be central to the values and ethics of all our people. While some reasons may seem obvious, there are less obvious aspects to it. Our culture is one that allows freedom, autonomy and the chance to have fun. It’s a culture that wouldn’t survive if we didn’t have a great bunch of hard workers. It enables us to trust the team to have as much fun as they can whilst still working hard to build great brands.
