OUR TECHNOLOGIES Fresco capabilities include two main technologies. Polymer gel technology and Silicone technology. Other cushioning technologies such as foams, felts or textile devices are also processed in Fresco’s facilities and are used in the production of orthopedic felts, foam pads and moleskin sheets among others. All Fresco technologies use biocompatible raw materials to ensure its suitability to be used as a Class I medical device.

200 ml silicone oil which can be used to obtain a brighter, more consistent and softer to the touch finishing work to any orthosis made with our silicones. It can also be mixed with other paste and liquid silicones to make the mass more fluid. If you need to make an orthosis with any kind of support (fabric or any other porous material) if the oil is used in the mass this will help the silicone penetrate and stick much better on the support. It is recommended to test the support beforehand, silicones do not adhere easily to plastic or other nonporous materials.
