You will also have an opportunity to add appointments to your schedule online to further customize your experience. Interested in becoming a Group Coordinator?
Many Hosted Buyers attend AIBTM in groups, organized by hotels, media partners, associations, exhibiting companies, or even individuals who have a network of industry contacts. The Group Coordinator is responsible for recruiting senior-level buyers of meetings and events to apply for the Hosted Buyer program according to AIBTM’s guidelines. The Group Coordinator will serve as the liaison between the AIBTM team and the individual buyers in terms of qualification, travel and related inquiries.
