There is a selection of wines for purchase in your room as well as a range of food and beverage items which can be purchased through reception. To see the selection available, please turn to the Bar Snack list on page 13 for a comprehensive list and pricing. These items can be delivered to your room at any time by dialling ‘9’ from your in-room telephone.

Reception Hours

Our Mount Lofty House reception is open from 7:30am until 10:30pm daily. Outside of these hours, our Night Manager can be reached by dialling extension ‘9’ from your in-room telephone or 08 8339 6777.

Security

Rooms are accessed via a key card using the key pad. Please note that key card doors lock automatically when closed, so please ensure a key is with you at all times. A staff member is on site 24 hours a day, if you require assistance at any time please dial ‘9’ from your in-room telephone.

All rooms are also equipped with a pin coded safe. Instructions on how to use your in-room safe is located on the door of each safe. Should you require assistance in operating the safe, please contact reception.
