The Cambria in San Jose project is a hotel with various public spaces and an attached garage located in San Jose, CA. The building is 10-story hotel (up  to a height of 120 feet) with  up to 175  guestrooms. Unique to this project was that the conference rooms and the restaurant were located on the 10th floor instead of the ground floor like many other projects. My role was to assist in developing the sets up to DD in Revit. I worked on the entire set including,   but not limited to, door schedules, interior elevations, guest room layouts, accessory schedules and various detailing efforts. 

 







The Cambria in Morrisontown project is a hotel with various public spaces located in Morristown, NJ. The building is on a very tight site with existing buildings on both sides. One building has a shared wall with no shared access while the other building has full access between them. In addition the existing building uses the Cambria for egress to the outside. A requirement of the project was that the aesthetics has to match the existing neighborhood so strict adherance to preset standards was observed. My role on the project was to develop the exterior facade and model the existing conditions including topography. This included exterior elevations and various exterior detailing for the set.

The Shown Project is part of residential development for The Cane Bay in Summerville, SC. The site consists of ten buildings. Each building is three story high and contains 30 units. My role in this project was to help create the SD and DD set in Revit. This included modeling exterior facades, developing unit layouts, assisting with wall sections and details and modeling several families. In addition, I was charged with making sure that they complied with the relevant codes. As my first project that I was involved in from SD to CD this project taught me about residential unit layouts, detailing and the organization of construction documents. 1 Reem Ryan

The waterfront of Washington Channel has an underutilized pier (District Pier) that serves over 14 companies of tourist ferries and yachts. The pier is surrounded by residential from one side and an office building and a hotel on the other side. The new ferry terminal will incorporate and link existing contexts by carefully repurposing a fluid space and redefining the public space. It also will intensify the use of the site by activating it with many changeable programs and connecting a great range of users including tourists, business people and locals. At the same time it will accommodate many possible functions. The result was a site transformed physically, socially and culturally. The Ferry terminal will now be a destination in the city and a new land mark. 3 Reem Ryan
