REFILL stands for “reuse of vacant spaces as driving force for innovation on local level”. It is an EU - URBACT project on ensuring long-term effects of temporary use of vacant buildings or spots in the city. The REFILL network aims to capitalise on 3 main objectives: (1) Exchange and evaluate local supporting instruments (2) Ensure long lasting effects of temporality (3) Build a more flexible and collaborative public administration
