Café Amore Café Amore is our own brand designed to compete with the high street. Café Amore incorporates fully branded machines, ingredients and point of sale, meaning that our customers no longer have to turn to the expensive high street brands to offer the highest quality coffee.
Operated solutions from shopfloor to boardroom We provide a full range of traditional operated equipment including hot drinks machines, food vending machines with microwaves, and snack/can machines. RSL also includes smaller premium coffee machines or table-top models in our operated service. Our operated equipment range has been chosen for reliability, price and quality, and usually satisfies the most demanding locations. We will always do our utmost to ensure all hot drinks machines and other equipment provides the best fit with your needs.
Combining teamwork with technology Crucial to the smooth running of a managed vending service, our large Operations team is recognised as "the face of the company" and usually serves as your main point of contact with us. Most vending machine suppliers provide an operated vending service, but few invest as heavily in technology to support this operation, as Refreshment Systems. Our powerful software ensures that all of our Operational staff are equipped with handheld terminals which record all customer visit details, including arrival/ departure times; vend data and stock usage from each individual machine.
RouteCare All our professionally trained Service Engineers are linked via blackberry phones to a dedicated Service Coordinator who allocates coffee machine repairs as they are notified to ensure a quick response rate. At present, we attend 100% of vending equipment faults within 8 working hours, but the vast majority within 4. All Engineers are stocked with 97% of spares for our machines, maintaining our high first time fix rate. We currently fix all faults first time on almost 93% of visits.
EnergyCare EnergyCareÂŽ is an innovative product from Refreshment Systems which reduces operating costs and Co2 emissions on vending machines. It can save you up to ÂŁ300 per machine.
Cost-effective vending Due to our size and background, we are able to offer a number of financing solutions and usually manage to work closely with potential customers to find the most cost-effective vending solution for their requirements. We offer new customers the opportunity to lease equipment through a third party, or rent equipment directly through us. Our tailor-made solutions take into account the number of machines, site survey, prospective volumes, preferred range of products and ingredients amongst other elements.
It works through motion sensor technology, so when it no longer detects movement for a timescale set by you; it effectively switches off the machine, reducing your electricity consumption by 64%.
Our cost-effective vending packages are flexible and continually reviewed with the customer. Representatives are able to advise of the appropriate package for individual circumstances.
