LL.M. in American Legal Studies American law impacts business, law, policy and government worldwide. The 24-credit-hour, LL.M. in American Legal Studies is ideal for graduates with a J.D.-equivalent, LL.B., or other first degree in law from an accredited institution outside the United States who wish to be trained in American law. Academically rigorous, the program offers the unique benefit of studying law from a Christian perspective. It can be completed in as little as one year of full-time study. The online program allows students to earn an exceptional legal degree without leaving home, job or family to study abroad. LL.M. in Human Rights The 24-credit-hour LL.M. in Human Rights is designed for advocates who desire advanced legal education regarding international, regional and domestic human rights protection and promotion from a Biblical perspective. The program addresses the origins and philosophical basis for the modern human rights movement, fundamental principles of international human rights law, and current means of enforcing human rights through the prism of a Biblical worldview. Tuition & Financial Aid At $833 per credit hour, tuition for the LL.M. programs is highly competitive with LL.M. programs nationwide. Regent Law partial-tuition scholarships will be considered on a per-student basis. Students are responsible for securing appropriate funding for tuition and living expenses through personal and private resources, which may include employers, governments, family or foundations.
