LL.M. in American Legal Studies American law impacts business, law, policy and government worldwide. The 24-credit-hour, LL.M. in American Legal Studies is ideal for graduates with a J.D.-equivalent, LL.B., or other first degree in law from an accredited institution outside the United States who wish to be trained in American law. Academically rigorous, the program offers the unique benefit of studying law from a Christian perspective. It can be completed in as little as one year of full-time study. The online program allows students to earn an exceptional legal degree without leaving home, job or family to study abroad. Core Courses American Legal System, Analysis & Writing (3 credits) American Legal Thought (3 credits) Application Requirements Applicants must have a first degree in law (a J.D., LL.B., or equivalent degree) from an accredited institution. English proficiency on the TOEFL exam: 600 paper-based, 250 computer-based or 100 Internet-based; PTE 68; IELTS 8.

LL.M. in Human Rights The 24-credit-hour LL.M. in Human Rights is designed for advocates who desire advanced legal education regarding international, regional and domestic human rights protection and promotion from a Biblical perspective. The program addresses the origins and philosophical basis for the modern human rights movement, fundamental principles of international human rights law, and current means of enforcing human rights through the prism of a Biblical worldview.
