Maantis Pendant Design Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners
Sir Richard Rogers was born in Florence in 1933 and made his name designing emblematic buildings such as the Pompidou Centre, Lloyd’s of London, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and the London Millennium Dome. His studio, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners (RSHP) has offices in London, Barcelona, Madrid and Tokyo. One of his most recent prominent designs is the new tower for the World Trade Center, New York.

Openly inspired by the incredible forms of the Manta ray and the iridescent colours of deep sea fish, Maantis harmonises aesthetic values and high-tech content, as a testimonial of how it is possible to have everything in one, without needing to make choices or relinquish anything. Maantis Pendant
The IOS System combines the luminous efficiency of the optics (up to 90%) with the greatest ease of installation based on the twist-lock fixing system. A wide range of colours, sizes, light sources and light beams make it possible to effectively light, and still save energy. It only takes a few seconds to change the colour or shape of the light beam.
Extensive light beam selection (4 different optics, for symmetric beams from 2x5° to 2x29° as well as Wall Washer Mira beams) to maximise efficiency and versatility of the lighting design layout.

A special accessory makes it possible to connect up to six Maantis luminaires in line to create a more than 10-metre long pendant light sculpture.
Maantis Short has an 850 mm long diffuser, Maantis Medium - 1150 mm and Maantis Long - 1450 mm. Ceiling mounted by means of a single white aluminium ceiling rose, complete with 3-metre long steel cables. 342
Its extremely modern design does not prevent Maantis from fitting in perfectly with a classic style.

Maantis is made from top quality materials, with antiyellowing transparent parts and provides direct and indirect light distribution. A special optics system makes it perfect for use with video terminals.
The models with integrated IOS system also give accent lighting and some versions are enhanced by showy lighting effects produced by colour changing RGB LEDs.

Lorosae Pendant Design Álvaro Siza
Álvaro Joaquim Melo Siza Vieira was born in Matosinhos, Portugal, in 1933. From 1949-55 he studied at the School of Architecture, University of Porto (ESBAP). His first project was finished in 1954. From 1955-58 he worked with the architect Fernando Távora. In 1976 he was appointed Professor of Construction at ESBAP. He has been Visiting Professor in Lausanne, Bogotá and Harvard. He lives in Porto.

Created in 1999 to light an exhibition of his work in the Basilica Palladiana, Vicenza, Lorosae has the same classic harmonious beauty as Palladian architecture. Its essentially pure forms rise above time and fashion and can naturally fit into and embellish settings of any architectural style. Lorosae retains all its charm and beauty derived from the outstanding perfection
of its proportions in each of its many models and sizes. The Lorosae versions: pendant and wall mounted luminaire, in methacrylate or blown glass; it comes in four different sizes and five different colours.

Lingotta Pendant Design Gabetti & Isola
Roberto Gabetti was born in Turin in 1925; in 1949 he graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic of Turin where he taught Architectural Composition from 1967. He died in Turin in 2000. Aimaro Oreglia d’Isola was born in Turin in 1928 and he has taught Architectural Composition at the Polytechnic of Turin since 1977. Gabetti and Isola opened a studio in Via Sacchi in 1950.

Designed by Gabetti & Isola when the Fiat Group head office returned to the Lingotto complex, Lingotta is inspired by the forms of the large industrial luminaires used to light that plant in the Twenties. The lighting technology of Lingotta has undergone some radical changes, making it an elegant pendant designed to light
large spaces. With its stylish appeal and balanced volumes, Lingotta stands out because of its excellent glare control and the Dark Light reflector that makes it particularly suitable for lighting offices and open spaces with video terminals. The Lingottina version is also available and its smaller size makes it suitable for standard settings.

The IOS System combines the luminous efficiency of the optics (up to 90%) with the greatest ease of installation based on the twist-lock fixing system. A wide range of colours, sizes, light sources and light beams make it possible to effectively light, and still save energy. It only takes a few seconds to change the colour or shape of the light beam.
Extensive light beam selection (4 optics, for symmetric beams from 2x5° to 2x29° as well as Wall Washer Mira beams) to maximise efficiency and versatility of the lighting design layout.
