INTRODUCTION

We extend our gratitude to God for all the blessings and gifts given to the Bonfire Sessions Indonesia 2016 committee, in allowing us to prepare and finalize this event proposal.

Bonfire Session Indonesia 2016 is an annual event by JanSport Campus Ambassador Indonesia, and this year, will be our second event. Extending the JanSport spirit in giving appreciation to arts and the youth creativity, Bonfire Session is meant to be the platform in facilitating art performances including music, games, as well as Art installation. The concept of Bonfire Session is generally a simple idea of having fun with music and bonfire under the big sky. We would like to uphold the dynamic simplicity of young generations in rekindling passion in everyday life. Through this event, we intent to inspire and support more youths to find their passion and actualize their creativity.

The committee also thanked JanSport team for the opportunity and trust given to the committee to organize the Bonfire Session Indonesia 2016, and for those who will participate in this event.

BACKGROUND

Making packs and outdoor gear since 1967, the JanSport brand has always been about the journey and the discovery of fun, freedom and adventure. JanSport is a brand that dominates the backpack market for Indonesian youth who are active and dynamic. Therefore, the committee wishes to deliver its Brand Goal experience “To be the leading brand on Campuses and in the center of Youth Culture”, through this Bonfire event.

Other than facilitating their Campus Ambassadors in developing their creativity and other potentials, JanSport intends to involve all Indonesian youths through Bonfire Session by inviting them to perform their talents. This Bonfire Session itself is organized by JanSport Campus Ambassador as part of their organizational training.

OBJECTIVES

1. Create The Bonfire Session as an annual event that is known by the general people.

2. To promote Indonesian JanSport Campus Ambassador amongst the public.

3. To facilitate the young artists in showcasing their talents.

4. As part of the organizational training for JanSport Campus Ambassador.

5. To maintain good relationships with the media, blogger, reporters and sponsors.

6. To reward the consumers for their loyalty to the brand.
