ouldn’t it be wonderful to wake up to the smell of freshly-baked bread every morning? For the majority of us, this is nothing more than a pipe dream but for Tom Martin, this is very much a reality.

Along with Matt Rhodes and Stuart %$#"! $ 4Eyes Bakery, partner company to 4Eyes Patisserie. The two complementary businesses recently relocated to new premises at Hartington Business Park, Staveley, and make all their bread, cakes and Viennoiserie (pastries) on site.

They produce over 50 products, including everything from sourdoughs, focaccias and ciabattas to Danishes, croissants and cakes and are even credited # $# # $ "!

That’s a cross between a croissant and a doughnut in case you were wondering.

4Eyes Patisserie was created by Matt and $ $ $ ! # gap to provide high-end patisserie to cafes, restaurants, hotels and more. They started in a garage before expanding to premises in John Street before making the move to Rotherham and now Staveley.

“I trained as a chef and worked in a number of kitchens but always struggled to get good quality pastries and cakes,” said Matt. “That’s when I had the idea of producing these ourselves and selling them wholesale. We’ve grown from there.” " !$ # # $ # "! # $ which became synonymous with the cronut amongst other sweet treats. Other businesses that 4Eyes now supply include Yorkshire Wildlife Park, the University of "! $ " They deliver as far as Harrogate in the north, Scunthorpe to the east, Newark to the south and Buxton to the west.

“It’s what sets us apart,” said Matt.

“We’re passionate about the ingredients we use which I think gives us the edge over other suppliers. Everything is homemade, from the sourdough to the hand-rolled pastries.”

Tom joined 4Eyes in September 2021, bringing with him many years working in supermarket bakeries as well as for Dobbies and Bakewell Bakery. Far from the

supermarkets, he specialises in handmade, artisan bread.

But to ensure that the many cafes, restaurants and hotels can enjoy the smell of freshly-baked bread every morning, it means working what many of us would consider unsociable hours. Tom’s working day starts at 12am to make sure everything is cooked fresh and ready for the drivers who depart at 3am. All deliveries are completed by 9am so when those cafes,

doors or dining rooms, you can enjoy that wonderful aroma.

“Moving to the new premises has enabled us to develop the bakery side of the business,” said Tom. “We now offer a sixday delivery service for all our products.”

4Eyes now employ 18 staff and the next step is to expand their services further into

developing a ‘click and collect’ service – available from March – so customers can purchase from their website and then collect from the new warehouse in Staveley.

mpossible’ is not a word in Sharron Lowe’s vocabulary.

The success coach, speaker, and author has spent her entire career proving the opposite and has inspired thousands of people all over the world to be the best they can be and focus on the positive.

Working predominantly in the retail beauty industry, Sharron has partnered with the world’s leading cosmetic and perfumery brands helping them to grow their brands by growing their biggest resource, people.

Her client list is impressive: Chanel, Estee Lauder, Clinique, Lancôme, Christian Dior and L’Oreal amongst many others.

She has coached thousands of people in over 50 countries, for some of these brands, and also partners with charities, business and entrepreneurs networks.

Sharron, grew up in Crosspool and attended High Storrs School. She’s been asked to do a presentation to the school’s sixth form this year saying she’s thrilled

and cannot wait. Leaving school at 16, she says that she didn’t have an exact plan but always had a feeling that if she followed her passion an exciting career and life would follow. She got a taste for business from a young age; alongside her sister Anne, she grew up in a family business where her parents had a manufacturing silversmith business and were considered entrepreneurial long before you called people that, certainly by Sharron who was enthralled by her Dad’s amazing passion and Mum’s talent of making it all work around the family unit.

“When we’re young we pull energy from the people we’re around,” she says. “When mum and dad went into the warehouse on weekends we used to go with them and I loved the buzz of the workplace. I had a feeling I was destined to go into business.”

But Sharron had another love and that was beauty and so she went to Granville College to study her favourite subjects.

INTERVIEW It was the business lessons that really captured her imagination, though, and she quickly made up her mind that she didn’t want to go down the therapist route so opted for retail, accepting a job at Debenhams on The Moor.

Sharron worked for the Fabergé as a beauty consultant – makers of Brut – and quickly excelled, impressing not just her #"!! ! # "! " London.

“I put every ounce of my passion into that role,” she recalls. “I found sales opportunities that other people didn’t. I was open to doing it ‘differently with outside talks to drive in sales and my account became number two for sales in the UK.” Sharron’s results created opportunity and she was encouraged to share her success, which led to her becoming the youngest ever area manager for Fabergé. A few years later she was headhunted to join Nina Ricci as UK director for training. From there, followed a role as training director at the platinum guild & De Beers Diamonds, a time when she found herself bodily insured to wear £1million of jewellery when presenting on stage and with her own personal bodyguard.

Barely in her thirties, Sharron decided to set up her own coaching and speaking consultancy with a focus on the beauty industry. The aim was to help her clients grow their brands by growing their people, which she did to great success. She has worked with the Estee Lauder group, Chanel, Parfums Christian Dior and Louis Vuitton over 25 years.

“The UK press named me ‘the success coach and speaker who adds millions to businesses’, that was my tagline,” beams Sharron, who is so grateful for that press. ! # !" " " that you’ve impacted thousands and thousands of peoples’ performance, it is the greatest gift in my life.”

Through her work, Sharron became UK ambassador for the Cosmetics and Perfumery Retail Association (COPRA), the highlight of which is a yearly event at The Savoy in London where she addresses 700 of the UK’s top retailers, including Harrods, Harvey Nichols, retailers, and beauty directors.

As well as speaking at the prestigious event, Sharron also gifts the winners of the ‘Beauty Consultant of the Year’ awards a ‘Mind Makeover’ book masterclass, which leads us nicely into her book.

The overriding feeling of the book is that of living in the moment, in the now, focusing on the positive – if you can do this, then everything else will fall into place.

Writing the book seemed like a natural progression for Sharron who is keen to share her experiences and is passionate about helping people to grow. Her overriding motivation through the 18-month process was a desire to launch her book in the

Mail on Sunday’s YOU magazine, with a readership of over three million.

“I had a burning vision, although I was the only person in the UK who had that vision,” she laughs. “I sat in a boardroom with 17 people from the publishers, Piatkus, and was basically told it was impossible and why.

“So I created a positive mindset by ! " " " covers of YOU magazine with a picture of my book’s front cover on top and then found an opportunity to be at a function where the editor-in-chief was. I had so # ! " " a conversation, got the ball rolling and eventually had an exclusive YOU magazine four-page book launch followed by HELLO and many other top publications.”

The Mind Makeover dominates a lot of Sharron’s current talks and presentations with UK and global empowerment conferences and women entrepreneur conferences and events.

over a year ago, it was for BAWE (British Women Entrepreneurs) that she was asked to be keynote speaker at an event at Chatsworth House in July, which raised money for the then Master Cutler – Dame Julie Kenny’s – Challenge.

“I believe, none of us achieve alone and we all need what I call my wisdom circle, great friends, businesswomen and entrepreneurs. Together we can share ideas, inspire, empower, motivate, and grow together, adds Sharron. “When you’re an entrepreneur and you start your business you can feel isolated like you’re at the new

school gates and don’t know anybody.

Sharron cites a particular group as being a great example of how to network

“Mums and dads of school age children, network really well and form communities and support groups,” she says. “We need to do the same, to have people around us who can listen, guide us, nurture, learn from, share, support, laugh, enjoy – there’s no point doing it if it’s not fun and we’re not sharing.”

I chatted with Sharron over coffee and having spent well over an hour in her charming company, found her warm, engaging, and full of energy. She’s hugely passionate about what she does and what she coaches, and the proof is in the scores of endorsements she receives from across the world.

The constant presence of a smartphone in our pocket alongside the development and increasing availability of smartwatches has meant that a watch is no longer necessary for us to keep track of the time while out and about. The practical need for such an item simply no longer exists for many of us. However, watches remain a popular gift or special selfpurchase, and vintage models in particular continue to be sought after, but where do you start with a vintage watch?

Firstly, the major brands are always the most sought after amongst the general public and the easiest to buy and sell.

Rolex is the most famous watch brand in the world, synonymous with quality and status even amongst those with little or no horological interest. fter three successful consecutive years, the Westside & Southside Bar & Restaurant Awards has settled comfortably into its new location at the OEC – Owlerton Events & Conferencing.

This year’s event, which takes place on Monday 28 October, will be the fourth time we have held the event here and if the previous years are anything to go by, 2024’s ceremony is going to be another fantastic affair.

Rewinding back to last year, over 200 people packed out the Hillsborough venue, which opened in late 2019 and hosts a range of impressive multi-purpose suites with catering for up to 500 guests, a perfect setting for weddings, dinners, balls, conferences, live events and more. *)('&%()$#("#! # )( )( !( !(# # ) ( extremely well organised, the service was faultless throughout the evening ensuring that the awards ran smoothly and without a hitch.

( !( main course we tucked into roasted chicken breast with a chicken and sage wellington and for dessert polished off chocolate parfait with sour cherry

When it came to the 2023 Westside & Southside Restaurant & Bar Awards, competition was keen of course, and we were delighted at how many local restaurants, bars and cafes entered into the festivities. It was fantastic to see all of the nominees together in one room, celebrating the superb quality of independent eateries found in our region and beyond.

One of our most popular awards on the night is the Readers’ Choice Award, voted for by yourselves of course. We $& (&( !! James Poon Chinatown

%$#"! $! #!" $ " " # $ $ $ " ! $ restaurants and hotels throughout China, Hong Kong and London’s bustling China Town, having worked in a kitchen from the age of nine.

“I grew up in a poor part of China and so my mother encouraged me to train as a chef so that I could guarantee I was able to eat that day.

From there, I developed a deep appreciation and understanding for food and creating new and exciting dishes.”

James’ day to day consists of preparing fresh and where possible, $ ! " " " ! " ! "$ $ " ! ! " perfection, with favourites including dim sum, har gow and char sui buns.

Scott Weston Nonnas

Newcomer Scott joined Nonnas nine months ago having previously worked at Iberico and The Grind Cafe.

He didn’t follow a traditional route into the kitchen - Scott was a laboratory technician but, looking for a change of pace, started work at Wagamamas.

“I love Mediterranean and Latin food and Nonnas has been my favourite place to work so far in my career,” said Scott, who loves the camaraderie and teamwork of the kitchen.

Scott’s day starts with early morning food prep which then moves on to lunch and dinner service.

Asked if he had any advice for upcoming chefs, he said: “Work hard and be organised and clean.”

Erkland Xhaja Cubana

$ $ $ $ $ # " $ $! $ " " !" " " $! $ young teenager.

Erkland, who has been a part of the Cubana family for over 22 years, tells us “it’s “all about the prep”.

After a decade of second in command to former head chef, Chilean Fabian Cruz, Erkland was the natural choice to take the helm, a responsibility he has embraced for just over seven years.

“We have a substantial and varied menu and are lucky enough to have a high turnover of customers,” said Erkland. “This means arriving early and getting on top of things.” $ "# $! ! "! ! ! "! $ ! #" " "! $ " $ ! prepare, which is why he takes such great pride in his reliable kitchen team.

Adrian Gagea Longbow Restaurants

Originally from Romania, Adrian joined Longbow four years ago and oversees all three of their sites - The Maynard, Grindleford; The George, Hathersage; and The Ashford Arms, Ashford in the Water.

In his youth, Adrian played volleyball at the highest level but realised that sports may ('&%$#"&%!' %"'% % # % # %&'% "% "&% #"" '(%'!% '' ( %#( %"&# & %"& ( % ' % to become a professional chef. He started his cooking journey in his native country then worked in London for Raymond Blanc for two years as a chef de partie, before moving up to sous chef.

He then went back to Romania for a head chef position, before returning to England in September 2018.

“My inspiration came from my grandmother, great-grandmother and of course my mother,” said Adrian. “All of these lovely ladies cooked for my family with such pleasure #( % ' % %#$ # "% #& %$'&"%'!% # ' "% " ( %" $ % ( (&" % #&%& ( "% and delivered delicious food all the time.”

He advises any would-be chefs to ‘keep your head down and work hard. Listen and # "' %#"% % (' $ %#"% ' % #(% %#" ( % "& '(" % ''" %&'% % # &%'!%#% #$& % growing team’.

Tom Mizon Peak Hospitality Ltd

Tom set up Peak Hospitality Ltd 18 months ago and now provides the catering at Bakewell Golf Club.

He grew up on the East Lodge estate – his parents owned and ran the hotel – and his background comes from a variety of kitchens, including the Monsal Head Hotel and Bull’s Head, Ashford, as well as working for Jamie Oliver in Leeds.

“The hospitality industry has opened up a whole world of creativity for me,” he said. “It’s provided me with a career for almost 22 years so far that’s allowed me to learn so much, advance, express creatively, travel the country and world and work with some of the most amazing and inspirational people possible. It’s been hard work but worth every hour.”

His typical day involves a bit of everything – ordering, stock control, meetings, cleaning, shopping, kitchen prep, paperwork, banking… the list goes '( % %#$"'% #$ % "% ' " % &%' &%'(%& % %#( % !%& "%#( %& %$ !& % &% (%#% bit of cooking!

Tom’s popular dishes included KFP – Kentucky Fried Pheasant, cajun popcorn and sweet potato ketchup, and orange marmalade braised blade of beef.

Dan Smith The Peacock at Rowsley

Dan is a long-standing member of the Peacock team having been there since 2007. The charming country venue serves bar food at lunch times and at ( && % (%& % # %# #%#( % ( % ( ( % (%& % "&# #(&% (%& % ( ( % $$%& % !'' % "%" #"'(#$% " ( % #$ & % ( (&"%#( % # %'(%& % " " %% !& %$ # ( %" ''$% #(% %#% # %# (& " % & % ' (% &'(% Race at his 2 Michelin star 5 AA rosettes restaurant. He then helped to launch #%( % "&# #(&% (% # ( % % '(%#% $ (%"&# % (% &"% "&% # %'!% opening. After doing some traveling and working around the world he returned to London to work for Tom Aikens.

“It was something that I wanted to do from an early age, I did my work experience with school in a local restaurant when I was 14 and they offered me a part time job,” said Dan of his desire to become a chef. “Thirty years later I’m still in the kitchen with the same passion for cooking.”

Asked if he had any advice, Dan said: “Find a chef and restaurant that prepare as much on site as possible and that has a good reputation and stick with them for a couple of years to learn the basics and how to do things the correct way.”

Lee Wilkinson The Pheasant Bar & Grill

Lee’s love of cooking is evident at The Pheasant in Oughtibridge, where he showcases the best in modern British food. The menu ranges from ‘tapas-style’ dishes to gastro plates, such as slow braised oxtail and Indian shepherd’s pie.

Not that Lee has a signature dish.

“It’s always changing, especially with the seasons,” he said. “I have a strong relationship with Paul, the owner, which drives the menu forward.”

Lee loves the satisfaction of seeing people enjoy his food and asked if he had any advice for would-be chefs he added: “Always try and work with good chefs and taste, taste, taste.”

Alfredo Geci Maranellos

After being in the UK for two years, Alfredo started college studying catering and " * .)# .)' & ".*& +. '& ($ &.-) &#& #**. -& (& .- & ". "&.-&)+(-&,$ $ $,&#& hunger to have his own restaurant.

Alfredo has now been the proud owner of Maranello’s restaurant on Ecclesall Road for ten years. He serves authentic Italian food, inspired by his time living in Italy, and his signature dish is Agnello Siculo, a succulent lamb dish which is slow cooked for four hours. It’s very popular with his regular customers. ".*& &($ +.($*& #**. -&#-,&#& )& & #).$- $ &*#.,& ($, & "$&($ #(,&.*& satisfaction and not always money.

“I enjoy seeing customers walk out of my establishment happy and they return. It’s a great evening when they buy me a drink rather than the other way round!”

Mohammed Sobuj Miah Prithi Raj

“I have been working in this trade for 29 years now, and have been a head chef for more than 19 years,” says Mohammed.

Having worked at Prithi Raj since the day the restaurant opened almost ten years ago, it’s Mohammed who is still in charge of their menu today.

Mohammed’s passion for Indian and Bangladeshi food and his commitment to the .-,+*)('&%$#-&)"#)&"$!*& -*)#-) '& ($#).- &-$ &,.*"$*&#-,& # +(*& (&)"$&($*)#+(#-) )&# &*)#()$,&#*&#& #() ).%$& & (& $)&% -$'&#-,&)"#)& $('& +. Shahab Uddin

He’s always worked in a restaurant environment and it’s a place he loves to be.

Shahab’s speciality dish is roasted lamb shank, which is cooked in a choice of Karahi, Jalfrezi or Bhuna sauce with sliced onions, garlic, ginger, fresh tomatoes and selected special herbs and spices, garnished with fresh coriander.

“We only use the freshest spices and herbs to make sure you get the best tasting curry and our food is all cooked fresh on order to make sure your meal is cooked to perfection when you order,” he said. Greg Robinson The Maynard, Grindleford

Greg has been at the Maynard for almost three having previously running his own gastro pub for 11 years. He decided he wanted to be a chef from a young age.

“I did not want to do any writing or reading when I was 14 years old,” he said. “So I started working at that age. Still, I managed to achieve a BSE in Hospitality Management at Manchester University, so the non-writing plan did not work very well!”

The food served at The Maynard is fresh British with a twist although Greg doesn’t have a signature dish. “The only thing better than a perfect dish is a dish that’s so bad, it’s actually hilarious,” laughed Greg. “After many, many years in the kitchen, I just try to make all food great, not to be tied to one dish.”

Asked if he had any advice, he added: “Get ready for a rollercoaster ride of joy and pain all rolled in to one amazing roulade of a career. If you are entering this industry, then work hard and have fun! The kitchen is where culinary magic and comedic genius collide.”

Tom Wells-Lomas Brocco On The Park

Tom only recently joined Brocco having previously worked at East Lodge, Callow Hall and The Wingerworth. He originally worked as a barman but remembers going into the kitchen '&%$#&%"&!$ $ $ " & $' &%$'$%"&& $ " $ " "&! $ " ' $%' $ $ $ ' $ " $ "&!$ % $ $ & $" $ $ $ ' " $ ' $ $ $ then he’ll try and spend some time with the team and help get ready for service. He’s constantly in touch with suppliers to discuss new ingredients for future menus that constantly develop.

“The thing I most enjoy about being a chef is being able to create new and exciting dishes for our menus,” he said. “The Scallops with toffee and apple on the current menu is my favourite at the minute.”

Chris Parker The Ashford Arms

Chris joined Longbow Restaurants, the team behind The Ashford Arms, 18 months ago, starting out as sous chef at The George in Hathersage. From March he will be taking on the role of head chef at Longbow’s newest venue. $ $ "&!$ & $ &" $'&%$ ' $ &! " $!' $ %$ " $ '&$ fusions,” he said of the menu.

A typical day for Chris revolves around teamwork and making sure everyone is ready $% " $ $ ' " $'&%$"& " "&!$%" “I enjoy bringing pleasure to our diners and making sure they enjoy an experience with us that we can all be proud of,” said Chris. “My signature dish is pan-roasted lamb cannon with pea purée, mini fondant potatoes, seasonal vegetables and mint jus.”

Chris advises other chefs to ‘follow your passion, every day is a learning day’.

Tracy Carr

' $" $'$ &! '&%"&!$ $' $ $ &" " $ $ # % $ ' "&!$ %$ $ $ 45 years. Her varied role includes delivering hospitality, conferences and events serving delicious food prepared from locally and ethically sourced produce.

Having trained at Granville College, she started as commis chef at the university and worked her way up to Executive Chef.

“I spent time cooking with my mum and Grandma and loved that they could produce wholesome and tasty food from very little and that everyone loved to eat,” said Tracy. “I thought that if I could do the same, and for a wider audience, then it would be a very nice thing to do it for a living.”

JOURNEY into the past

There’s nothing wrong with good nostalgic vibes, writes Chris Wilson. rom the old school menu to the traditional décor, with its exposed brickwork, photographs of Ferraris, and candles on the tables, everything about Maranello’s suggests a classic neighbourhood Italian trattoria.

A little too retro in this brave new era of pop-ups, tasting menus and street food? Not a bit of it… if stepping into Maranello’s is &%$#"!" # "% " #" ! "% " # % #& "!" trip that stirs up nothing but good nostalgic vibes. This timeless Italian beauty may not be the cutting edge of cuisine but, rather like those fancy sports cars on the walls, it’ll never go out of fashion.

And it seems I’m not the only person who feels that way. On a midweek evening in late January there was barely a spare table to be had, and in that ‘tumbleweed’ period between New Year and Valentine’s Day, when even the best restaurants are prone to these dreaded quiet nights, it’s a sure sign that long-standing owner Alfredo and his cheerful, tight-knit group have got something right.

there’s a tight galley kitchen where a small #! " $" ! " " "$## " #" # " fed and watered.

Starters include a lovely fritto misto (£9.50), a generous plateful of lightly # # " ## %# " ! " !&! ! %"! " king prawns served with lemon and, crucially, a home-made tartar sauce that delivers a mighty savoury kick.

Equally satisfying is the arancini al prosciutto (£9.50). These balls of rice, Italian ham and mozzarella, coated with breadcrumbs and deep fried, pack a tasty punch and a pleasing crunch while once again it’s the accompaniment, this time a beautifully rich tomato sauce, that lift a familiar dish to a higher level.

Moving on to the mains, lasagne al forno (£16) is as comforting as Italian cooking gets and the Maranello’s version ticks all the boxes, the slow-cooked beef ragu % "!" # # " #" # ## "&! # " " bechamel sauce, tomato, and mozzarella cheese. Bubbling hot from the oven, every mouthful was savoured. Chef certainly knows his classics.

The same could be said about a fabulous

" % "merluzzo Fiorentin (£22.50). A huge chunk of snow-white cod is cooked in a cream sauce with spinach, garlic, parsley, black pepper and bechamel and topped with mozzarella. Served with baby roast potatoes, #" #&% ! # " !$ " "% " $# " " # # % " ! " #" # " ! " &# " & " " #! #"!" main course worth lingering over.

There’s a very good wine list and while the rest of the country was gritting its teeth and enduring a dry January, I had decided that ‘everything in moderation’ was more sustainable than total abstinence. Certainly, food this good deserves a glass of something decent and the Feudi Araginesi house white and house red (£5.50 a glass) #" ! " " #" %&& " % "!" " &#"# # " " # ! # & " % " # &# " "! "!" bracingly sharp tartufo limoncello (£6.50) rounded off a hugely satisfying evening on the perfect positive note.

The Heights of Abraham, Derbyshire’s oldest visitor attraction, celebrates two milestone anniversaries in 2024. year of celebration is now underway as Derbyshire’s oldest visitor attraction, The Heights of Abraham, marks two ‘milestone’ anniversaries in the same year of its 237year history.

This May it celebrates the ‘Golden Anniversary’, 50 years since the Pugh family arrived at the run-down, hilltop estate, and started to restore and completely transform it to become the thriving and unique visitor attraction that it is today.

In April it will be 40 years since the launch of the alpine-style cable cars, marking their ‘Ruby Anniversary’. The

part of the visitor experience, making the short, steep ascent to the summit of Masson Hill, where a different world

caverns awaits, which has been enchanting visitors to the Peak District since 1787.

Nowadays the family-friendly attraction welcomes visitors to enjoy the two illuminated show caverns, breath-taking views from the estate’s vantage points, living history exhibitions, woodland trails and adventure playgrounds. It’s an educational and inspiring day out which encourages visitors of all ages to appreciate the area’s natural beauty from a

different perspective, from the mountainlike Peaks to the depths of the mineral-rich show caverns, a fascinating insight into the area’s geology and social history.

The estate’s evolution is a constant journey, and this year the Great Masson cavern boasts an enhanced illumination experience, bringing an array of rainbow colour to its dramatic interiors, whereas the Rutland cavern has a characterful tour guide in full period costume, bringing to life tales from the Victorian era of tourism in the area to amuse guests. Recently added in 2022, is a willow sculpture trail, featuring heritage-inspired aspects such as miners and local wildlife, with installations by the sculptor, Caroline Gregson.

A popular spot is the ‘Vista’ restaurant with its balcony area, perched almost 1,000 feet/554 metres above sea level. Its

vantage point offers diners a meal with a view, and the unique venue can also be hired for private events, such as birthdays and anniversaries.

The Terrace café specialises in locally made cakes and hot beverages, and The Tavern holds the oldest beer license in the Matlocks’, homage to the 18th century when hard-working lead miners socialised there after their shift.

Visitors browse the gift and ‘Rock shop’, selling souvenirs and speciality items such as gemstones, fossils, and jewellery, some pieces featuring the local ‘Blue John’.

Several multi-media exhibitions explore the social and cultural history, geology and reveal the white-knuckle inducing installation project of the cable cars.

There are adventure playgrounds, woodland walks and pathways to enjoy, along with several garden vistas, mindfully created to complement the views and natural wildlife of the Derbyshire Peaks.
