This person must be a citizen of the United States of America, at least 18 years of age. The following skills are required: ability to communicate with the public in situations which are highly emotional or hostile. Must have a working knowledge of business, educational, civic and social organizations in the community; a working knowledge of basic computer skills; be able to perform basic typing functions. This person will need the ability to understand & use basic filing systems, a working knowledge of multi-line phone system and intercom, as well as a working knowledge of fax and copy machines.
