Dual package Sanken output devices Usually only reserved for the highest end of home amplifiers, they are more than 13 times faster than a normal output device (40MHz vs 3MHz). They are also rated at higher power levels, drive lower impedance loads better and have up to 2.5 times the surface mounting area to transfer heat. The end result is the highest possible sound quality, dynamic performance and reliability. Note: Elite.2 and .4 feature the MT200 dual package devices, the Elite.5 features the TO3 package.

Burr Brown Op-Amps and Monolithic Signal Capacitors Burr Brown op-amps provide ultra low distortion and maximum resolution in the pre-amp circuitry. Audiophile monolithic signal capacitors provide frequency response past 50kHz, well past the ability of human hearing.

Ultra Efficient Class D Circuitry Ti2 amplifiers operate at 80% efficiency, while most class A/B amplifiers operate at 50% efficiency. This means Ti2 amplifiers generate much less heat and draw much less current from your vehicle. Cooler running amplifiers and less stress on your vehicle’s electrical system is a good thing.

Thermal Rollback System Circuitry Under most conditions, Ti2 amplifiers generate very little heat during normal use. However, if extreme conditions exist, as temperatures rise the amplifier will automatically adjust the amplifier’s output, so your music continues to play without the possibility of thermal shutdown or amplifier damage.

Power Birth Certificate As part of quality control, each Ti2 series amp is tested and the actual specifications of that amp are included on each power birth certificate.

ADAPT Power Management The amplifier seamlessly optimizes the power supply and Class D operating circuitry by adapting to the end user’s listening habits. When the ADAPT circuit senses lower power levels, it will automatically optimize the amplifier’s power supply and Class D circuitry to a low power mode that maximizes efficiency and minimizes heat to almost zero. As a power increase is detected the amplifier instantly shifts into a high power mode, where the power supply and Class D sections are now optimized to deliver massive power and headroom for those demanding listening sessions. The amplifier is constantly monitoring and adapting between these modes which results in higher overall efficiency, much lower operating temperatures and rock solid reliability.

Surface Mount Technology Most entry line amplifiers use a low cost single sided circuit board where parts are hand inserted and crudely soldered that end up in the wrong location or fail over time due to poor solder. RX amplifiers use a high quality doubled sided circuit board with SMT parts. Each part is computer tested before instantly inserted and soldered by machine onto the PCB. The result is the correct part secured in the correct place for the lifetime of the amplifier.

Overbuilt from input to output RX amplifiers feature overbuilt power supplies with more capacitance, larger transformers and higher quality MOSFETs. The result is better reliability, more dynamic output and more RMS power. Musically the amplifiers sound excellent as the output stages feature audiophile Bi-Polar output transistors.

Integrated Series

The Integrated Series is the first aftermarket mobile amplifier with full databus awareness and integration, this means it can replace the factory amplifier in a nearly plug n’ play installation. Installing an amplifier into a newer car can be a painful experience of splicing into a maze of wires or using buggy black boxes that will disable many key OEM features and functions of the vehicle. Installing an Integrated Series amplifier is easy, simply remove the stock amplifier, then plug in the Integrated Series amplifier using the provided wiring harnesses. There are no wires to cut, no fishing for obscure wires and no additional band aids to wire up. The amplifier fully retains all the OEM functions such as steering wheel controls, head unit functionality, blue tooth, On-star, chime function, etc. This makes for a predictable and painless installation that is completely reversible when the lease is up or the vehicle is sold.
