Is your furniture ready for organizational change? Organizations change over time: New surroundings, new departments, new teams or new ways of working mean that the interior design – and thereby the need for desks – changes. Freedom to change The patented beam system from Duba-B8 allows you to adapt your desks according to the needs of your organization. If you have a spare work desk and need a meeting table, or the table top is simply worn out, just change the table top and re-use the frame. This is a clever way to optimize resources and reduce your company’s costs for office furniture as you only have to replace the wornout parts.
A Duba-B8 desk is flexible and will ensure that your company is always ready for change.
The patented beam system allows you to combine table tops and frames across the individual series of desks1. It is a simple system, which makes it possible to swap table tops without the use of tools – the flexibility of the beam system will enable your company to keep up-todate with its desk needs.

High Jewellery Collection
Gabrielle Chanel’s cherished symbols inspire a new high jewellery collection, Les Intemporels de Chanel. A renewed illustration of the Maison’s endless creative spirit. Chanel has presented its latest fine jewelry collection, which celebrates four symbols that founder Gabrielle Chanel held dear throughout her life. A number of these symbols, seen almost as good luck charms, have already inspired separate jewelry collections from the French luxury brand. This time, Chanel chose to introduce a single collection highlighting all of them, each of which is related in its own way to the life of Gabrielle Chanel. The lion (Lion), the comet (Comète), the ribbon (Ruban) and of course the camelia (Camélia) are all honored in exceptional jewelry items adorned with diamonds of various sizes, cultured pearls and sapphires. Four items honor the Lion: a necklace and three rings, each adorned with white or black brilliant-cut diamonds. The Comète line also includes four pieces - a bracelet, a necklace, a pair of earrings and a watch - combining diamonds and cultured Japanese pearls. In the Ruban line are 13 prestigious couture jewelry pieces dedicated to the symbol of the ribbon, including necklaces, brooches, watches, earrings and other items. The Ruban (Ribbon) collection
28

is especially beautiful, with a bow motif traced with glittering brilliant-cut diamonds. The ribbon was regularly used by Chanel in her fashion and jewellery designs in the 1920s and 30s. Consisting of 13 pieces, the Ruban collection is the only one to incorporate colour, with two stand-out rings set with blue and pink sapphires. The addition of Japanese cultured pearls in the three-strand Couture necklace and earrings, meanwhile, has resulted in two statement jewels that are classic pieces of Chanel jewellery. The deceptively simple bow motif has been a constant in jewellery design since the late 17th century. A symbol of love or marriage, a bow brooch pinned close to the heart was said to signal that a woman was in love. Advances in jewellerymaking techniques now allow designers to craft bows with an embroidery-like daintiness, set with diamonds or other gemstones. Finally, there are five items in the CamÊlia line, each featuring the Chanel founder’s favorite blossom. Symbols which materialize in front of us, through the polish of the white gold, and the brilliance of pure white diamonds in contrast with the black of onyx, to evoke Chanel’s imagery and visionary heritage, renewing its creative pattern to reach full timelessness. chanel Plaza Indonesia, Level 1 #88, Jakarta. Haute Joaillerie Hedgehog Timepiece
The Chopard Haute Joaillerie ateliers have created a masterpiece: an all-diamond ‘secret’ watch with the dial hidden beneath a dazzling hedgehog encrusted with moonstone spikes. This magical timepiece embodies the latest chapter in Chopard’s poetic exploration of the fabled Animal World. To capture the stunning radiance of a jewellery creation that is also a watch, this unique piece requires hundreds of hours of work by the finest talents of the Maison’s Haute Joaillerie workshops. Beauty meets precision in this stunning hedgehog-shaped ‘secret’ watch featuring 18-carat white gold entirely paved with diamonds and moonstones according to an exceptional gem-setting technique. The head, set fully in diamonds, is embellished with two sapphires,
32
giving it a strikingly radiant gaze. Meanwhile, its mischievous snout set with brown sapphires hides a well-guarded secret – touching it transforms this piece of jewellery into a watch. A dedicated mechanism governs the opening of the hedgehog in the middle of its back and reveals a tiny, baby hedgehog holding a watch dial in its paws. Entirely set with diamonds, the interior of the watch reveals all the splendour of an objet d’art, rendered even more precious by its secret nature. This jewellery watch showcases the virtuosity of the artisans that produce it and the essential genius underlying its conception. Stemming from the creative impulse and guidance of Chopard CoPresident and Artistic Director, Caroline Scheufele, the Maison’s Haute

Joaillerie has enjoyed spectacular developments in recent years. It now encompasses the dazzling Animal World as well as Red Carpet and Green Carpet collections, which exhibit the expertise of the finest craftsmanship and express truly modern artistic inspiration. The creation of this Hedgehog watch stems from the expert, patient and inventive hands of the Chopard artisans who devoted their talents to this exceptional piece. It required the skills of the entire range of Haute Joaillerie team: designers, wax-sculpting jewellery makers, lapidaries, jewellers, gem-setters, polishers, etc. From lines to volumes, crafting gold to setting precious stones, by pooling their
skills the craftsman have given shape to this ‘secret’ jewellery watch and infused the precious hedgehog with a matchless sense of light in motion. This seamless and complementary interaction between various talents is made possible at the Chopard workshop as more than 30 crafts are practiced together under one roof. The Scheufele family carefully nurtures these precious assets by focusing on the training and transmission of expertise from generation to generation, for Chopard is keenly aware that the human beings are the most valuable part of its heritage. Vacheron Constantin Authentic Watchmaking Sculpture
On the occasion of the 260th anniversary of its founding, Vacheron Constantin unveils the seven first models of a new collection called Harmony. Issued in limited editions, these eminently contemporary timepieces feature a new cushion shape and a design inspired by one of the world’s first wristwatch chronographs introduced in 1928. At the heart of these generous cases with their reinvented aesthetic beat new calibers – entirely designed, developed and produced inhouse– focused on monopusher chronographs. A first version equipped with a splitsecond function sets slimness records with its ultra-thin self-winding movement measuring just 5.20 mm thick, while a second model stages a fascinating tourbillon and the third variation is equipped – like the original – with a pulsometric scale. In keeping with the finest watchmaking traditions, these new calibers are adorned with remarkable finishing entirely performed by brilliantly skilled artisans. Designed with an admirable concern for details, the shapes of the numerals and letters as well as the colour choices were carefully thought
34
through in order to perfect the limpid nature of a complex display and to reinforce its unique aesthetic. The elegance and sophistication of the monopusher chronograph are thus displayed with great distinction in a luminous silver-toned dial featuring painted Arabic numerals and slender leaftype hands. The time pieces include the flagship model of the new collection, presented in a 10-piece limited, numbered edition, the new Harmony Ultra-Thin Grande Complication Chronograph immediately makes its mark. Elegant, fascinating, prestigious and precious it comprises an impressive number of assets. Powered by the new hand-winding Caliber 3200, this remarkable timepiece joins the Harmony collection designed to accommodate medium complication and grande complication movements, to the delight of collectors and informed connoisseurs. A contemporary incarnation of a 1928 chronograph, the new Chronograph in the Harmony collection clearly displays its kinship with the original model and pays it an eloquent tribute. Its generous pink gold

cushion-shaped case reinterprets formal artistry firmly dedicated to technical refinement, since its three-dimensional construction houses the new handwound Caliber 3300. Issued in a limited, numbered 260-piece edition, the Chronograph Small Model is comfortably housed in a generous 18K pink gold cushionshaped case. Its gem-set bezels sparkles with diamonds of the
highest quality totalling 1.20 carats. The new self-winding Caliber 2460DT is dedicated to this must-have function. Three new references, two for men and one for women, are equipped with this new movement driving the hours, minutes, seconds along with dual time and day/night indications. giorgio armani Womenswear Spring/Summer 2015 Giorgio Armani is an Italian fashion designer, particularly noted for his menswear. He is known today for his clean, tailored lines. He formed his company, Armani, in 1975, and by 2001 was acclaimed as the most successful designer to come out of Italy, with an annual turnover of $1.6 billion and a personal fortune of $8.5 billion as of 2013. Armani was born in the northern Italian town of Piacenza, where he was raised with older brother Sergio and younger sister Rosanna by his mother Maria Raimondi and father Ugo Armani. Armani aspired to a career in medicine after reading A. J. Cronin’s The Citadel, and enrolled in the Department of Medicine at the University of Milan. In 1953, after three years he broke off his studies, and joined the army, because of his medical studies, he was promoted and transferred to an infirmary in Verona. After experiencing hospital life and occasional evenings at the Arena in Verona, he decided to find a different career. In the 70’s era, women became wage earners who spoke with their wallets and this provided a ready market for Armani to practice his art and to refine the tastes of the newly liberated women. Adding new design innovations instead of following the regular drab grey suit, Armani revolutionized dresses for the streetsmart women. Doing something that Henry Ford did in the 1920’s, Armani set up a production line

concept to mass produce his high quality designs so that most could afford quality and style. The “Armani Look became the new Holy Grail of Fashion especially so in the US where his star shone even more brightly Flaunting a flair to desex men and make everyone looking androgynous with minimalist design adjustments, he endeared many, especially the Hollywood set. In the movie American Gigolo (1980), he impressed many by impeccably tailoring the main male lead, Richard Gere. Movies like the Untouchables and Dark Knight continued to add to his success as a designer and a tailoring maestro for the Hollywood stars. His name is synonymous with impeccable Italian quality, something akin to making his models wear MUSIC as they walk. Most Hollywood stars and the rich and famous would not leave home without dressing in Armani style. Some of these stars include the late great Robin Williams, Brad Pitt, Jeniffer Lopez, George Clooney, Megan Fox and others. He set up the A/X: Armani Exchange in 1991 to mass produce his masterpieces so that more could enjoy the fashion he embodies. He incorporated the use of the internet in marketing his creations as well as using Hollywood to sell his creations.

Spring/Summer 2015 Opened by Cara Delevingne, the spring-summer 2015 collection from Fendi showed off a lighter side with an outing of orchid adorned mini dresses and jackets. Many were the variations to the theme that night and all in stunning gear as were the models. Amongst the notable models casted was Kendall Jenner who made her Milan debut at the show as well as Georgia May Jagger. The collection, as most FENDI outings tend to be, was eclectic. Baggy harem pants paired with fringeadorned jackets go to cut-out dresses that bare plenty of skin. Bags

come in colorful shades whether decorated with that aforementioned orchid print or featuring mini-versions of the Peekaboo bag - the Karlito charm from fall also made an appearance. Shoes walked a similar beat. From the front, the graphic, caged sandal was the perfect pair-witheverything shape. From the back, lined in croc and embellished in floral paillettes, they were destined for the cocktail hour. For the finale, a trio of organdy, feather adorned dresses in pastel shades hit the catwalk with Mariacarla Boscono closing spring in a black version.

Fashion and architecture were one of the favoured forms of expressing avant-garde culture in the early decades of the twentieth century. The famous Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana (now Fendi’s Roman headquarters) is a perfect example. The inspiration came directly from de Chirico’s metaphysical paintings from the years just before World War I, now just 100 years ago. The mystery of his arches inspired over twenty years later this Roman landmark building. The past and history here are now beyond “good and evil” as Nietzsche would have said. For us the inspiration is like the desire
of the Italian heart. But it has to be filtered and transgressed. It’s an interpretation we should not try to explain. If designers and architects conceive their work as a poet might conceive his poems there will be a sensuous and emotional factor. However, Italian fashion and Italian architecture have to be 100% Italian in their claim to universality. Which goes to show that Italians have a flair for fashion which is world famous and Fendi is proud to be part of that universality.

Women’s Spring Summer 2015 The elegant and sophisticated woman from last winter now has an even stronger prerogative. Dressing to please herself first and foremost. Summer gives way to her ironic, individualist, eccentric spirit. Defiant when it comes to seasonal conventions, for Spring Summer 2015 the Gucci woman takes pleasure in irreverently mixing her favorite pieces. Clean, sharp lines, juxtaposed with prints, embroidery, and fur vests showing a kaleidoscopic glamour. Deluxe patchwork and crisp, geometric lines characterize the collection while undergoing a reinvention with the use of suede, denim, leather, embroidery, and decorative detailing. In monochromatic hues or exotic prints dresses are either mini or below the knee and form fitting with a slit with solid colors and ton-sur-ton or contrast stitching. Evenly printed and whilst occasionally featuring nautical hints. Outlined by micro beading, the denim dress features a plunging neckline with a maxi lace-up closure. This neckline also seals embroidered dresses and tops that recall the eyelets of broderie anglaise. They come in leather or fabric including printed silk. Wide-leg, low-waisted pants feature calf-length cuffs in white cotton or denim and suede, often with golden marine buttons seen on the jeans, jacket and knitwear. The suede trench and skirt accentuate the waistline with Python for the jacket and skirt pairing. Outerwear comes in the shape of the boxy, masculine jacket with braiding or trench-style jackets that follow the lines of the body. The collection’s distinctive

juxtaposition of prints, materials, detailing, and embroideries becomes three-dimensional with the use of fur for vests and short jackets preciously overlapped by python, goat, Mongolian lamb, fox, suede, and studding. Pearl white acts as a prelude to intensities of orange, bordeaux, blue and green. Monochromatic or paired on prints for readyto-wear and accessories for the evening, there is that precious romanticism. The intricately embroidered mini dress again replaces the gown. Daytime’s irreverent streak turns into a poetic mood for cocktail dresses with subtle prints, embellished by couture-style micro embroideries. A glimpse of the seductive Orient. Relaxed yet chic. The new version of the Jackie Soft is the protagonist — the bucket bag and the messenger bag which come in two sizes, with its maxi shoulder strap in canvas with unlined calfskin, crocodile, and suede. The maxi shoulder strap, striped with the web colors, also characterizes the structured bag with the horsebit closure which is in hand-daubed leather or suede. Chunky heels for sandals, ankle boots, and boots come in suede, calfskin, and python. Round or pilot shaped sunglasses feature tortoise shell frames. Gucci Spring/Summer is your ultimate collection.

Ancestral vitality. The courage to be, always and above all, herself. For Valentino Spring 2015, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli once again look at a woman artist, fascinated by the idea of an idiosyncratic and fearless individuality that doesn’t know barriers. This year, that artist is Frida Kahlo. The designers capture her taste for absolute colour, freedom of her unexpected associations, her ability to transform local aesthetics and the elements that define it into personal expression, mixing genres and worlds through instinct and intuition. They synthesise these basic drives in a collection at once clean and barbed, in a dense yet simple weave, free from facile preaching. Interpreted in a contemporary key, inserted into the ever-changing quest for the new Valentino lexicon, Frida Kahlo - in fading sheds the role of icon to release pure energy: assertive, liberating, heralding an implicitly political and therefore defiant aesthetic message. Courageous colours and bold juxtapositions of saturated hues convey the vital character of the collection, enhanced by tight, clean silhouettes and a new taste, free and indulgent, for decoration. Vivid blocks and energetic lines - a re-edition of an original, visually disruptive Valentino pattern from 1973 - run through outfits characterised by meticulous and essential forms, plexi heels and bold uppers, bags and minaudières. The dislocation of
46
codes is continuous. Studs are multiplied, used as decorative embroidery on long leather shirts, on dresses, sandals and flip flops. Intricate reliefs paint colourful flowers on collars, positioned on the garments like accents. Opposites are reconciled in peaceable friction: blatantly romantic forms and masculine militaristic motifs; embroideries depicting imaginary animals or landscapes and pale washed denim; white or sky blue blouses of immaculate purity and brocades or prints bristling with butterflies, monkeys and hummingbirds in a surreal camouflage bestiary. The masculine and the feminine are gently joined in embroidered suits. A sense of lightness reigns in long dresses of cut-work cotton or inlaid broderie anglaise. Day and evening wear, sportswear and Couture, embodying a pure and instinctive mĂŠtissage. The elements of the contemporary Valentino lexicon are realigned in a statement rich with nuance: lace and studs, like the adamant shapes of the poncho dresses and the constructive sense of the line are addenda to a formula that is renewed in the spirit of continuity. Shoes with wooden soles and jewellery conclude the quest for a polychrome aesthetic, an authentic expression of individuality. Valentino is the courage of individual flair!

Cornflower blue finds itself centre stage as the main hue for the new Emporio Armani collection. This profoundly intense shade of blue lends each garment significance, evoking a style and modernity that supplants any notion of that which is overly classic. Paired with optical white and a white that fades to grey, it creates a synthesis of plays on colour and underlines a feminine silhouette that is dynamic with a sporty look. Profiles, stripes and maxi-stripes punctuate variable shapes, from shorts and voluminous trousers to a curled skirt that the contrast between white and blue renders particularly striking.Surprising contrasts of materials accentuate the lightweight nature of the collection and its dynamism; for example, crisp and invigorating cotton paper paired with semi-transparent PVC that, seemingly with movement, comes out from under faded cornflower-blue skirts is seen in fit-and-flare dresses and precise forms in a transparent quality that also has substance. PVC is also found in accessories, primarily in bags and sporty footwear. Emporio Armani has boutiques in Frankfurt, Amman, Bahrain, Jeddah, Bogota, Miami, Tokyo, Amsterdam, Madrid, Chicago, Paris, Los Angeles, Kuala Lumpur, Milan, Buenos Aires, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Sydney, Dubai, Lima, Seoul, Singapore, Bangkok, New York, San Francisco, ZĂźrich, Cape Town, Santiago de Chile, Melbourne, Manila, Mumbai, Kolkata, Jakarta, SĂŁo Paulo, and many other cities around the world. Exactly what the latest ICONIC collection from Aigner portrays in its spring & summer 2015 designs. The special edition ‘one of one’ of the signature bag Cybill will be delivered to Aigner stores around the world - 50 unique versions of the bag that highlight the clear, elegant Aigner stylistic elements in a most impressive and convincing way. The main theme of the ICONIC collection is the Best of Aigner! This latest collection merges the traditional authentic craftsmanship that the brand is renowned for with contemporary fashion, style and panache to create a bag that is at once ladylike and edgy. Never before has head designer Christian Beck delved so deeply into the company archive, the label’s ‘holy treasure trove’, to find inspiration. Always keeping in mind the unmistakable Aigner DNA and its high standard of quality and functionality. The result being he created modern icons out of characteristic bag silhouettes with sophisticated details, luxurious materials and innovative processing techniques that have been paired with the finest workmanship. In this way, high-contrast embossing and exclusive crocodile leather is combined with poppy candy colours and metallic finishes, traditional saddlebags are finished with light and modern frame
constructions and intelligent internal compartments, classics refined with avant-garde fastenings and chain handles. During the anniversary year, each bag is crowned with a very special logo tag, a symbiosis of the famous trademark, the “A” shaped like a horseshoe as a nod to the saddler trade, with the number 50. An expressive statement that both symbolises the company’s proximity to its roots and the path the Aigner is taking into the future. Etienne Aigner’s began in the 1960’s in Munich with its exclusive chianti red accessories and quickly reached cult status at the time and has now become an internationally operating luxury leather lifestyle brand. With over 400 sales points throughout the world, Aigner womenswear, menswear and kidswear are now sold alongside shoes, watches and jewellery, as well as bags and accessories. Aigner – your mark of quality.

Men’s 2015 Summer Collection
“Fashion is not a question of perfection, it should reflect life” explain Alber Elbaz and Lucas Ossendrijver at the end of the LANVIN Homme Summer 2015 show. The new collection savours the urban, chic, luxurious and daring elegance of the masculine wardrobe. It is the response to urban men who like to wear their suits with trainers or mismatch a jacket and trousers. Men looking for their own attitude, beyond the diktats of fashion. The first falsely classical passages introduce trouser suits of innovative
52
construction. Excellent tailoring is evident, the heritage of Lanvin’s bespoke department. The cuts of the trousers impose new formats, flared or tapered, worn with destructured jackets, without lining or shoulder pads, the better to retain their airy volumes. Other hybrid jackets have the back or sleeves in cotton voile, transparent in some cases, whilst other pieces are decorated with embroidered finery and applications of hand-sewn thread, left with

rough edges. Finally come short, laser cut jackets to accentuate the assumed imperfect perfection of this season. Luxurious short boots underline the silhouette of these suits, admitting a first step into the collection’s world of leather accessories. Shirts and Biker or Harrington jackets come in fine smooth or suede leather, worn next to the skin and decorated, here and there, with overstitching laced by hand like fringes. Some pieces play a game of patchwork with insets on the shoulders and pockets to underline their architecture. The wind of sportswear then arrives, true to the menswear collections at Lanvin, with a succession of trench coats, jackets, perfectos and belted coats, all borrowing lightweight and airy fabrics and comfortable volumes from the world of sportswear. Jerseys, sweatshirts, trainers and zip details work together to create loose and baggy looks. A final, luxuriously casual series takes its inspiration from indoor clothing. Worn under straight suit jackets, fine purposefully crumpled summer pyjamas are worked in jacquards and graphic print silks, matching T-shirts with chiffon ribbon appliquÊ torn away to look like feathers. The climax and common thread of the collections are the details: intimate, like the hand overstitching on the fabrics, luxurious in the precious leathers used for the new messenger bags and shoes, urban with chain belts and chiselled jewellery worn next to the skin. Lanvin is the ultimate fashion statement.

Men’s Spring Summer 2015 The Spring Summer 2015 Collection is at one with the Gucci man’s two sides. First, his rock ‘n roll instincts which are eccentric, bohemian and free-spirited. At the same time, his love for jet-setting, his innate elegance and his passion for aristocratic sports brings out the wanderlust in him. Inspired by the nautical seascape, the collection brings an opulent, rock, and often decadent style to his wardrobe. Gucci’s codes of luxury give way to new techniques and techno materials, with unexpected and precious detailing. The season’s standout protagonist, the cross-body bag, boldly outlines the silhouette. A navy silhouette with pirate stripes. Deconstructed. For outerwear the peacoat and the mackintosh with golden buttons coming in neoprene, washed leather, or two-toned canvas. By featuring an innovative thermosealing technique on laser-cut materials, Gucci sets the standards. This novelty also characterizes lighter-than-ever suiting. A sensual style with ankle-length pants, paired with jackets boasting contrasting details on the sleeves and on the trim. Cotton-linen brings recalling denim on a suit with printed foulard lining to the fore. Golden buttons also decorate dockside pants, while stone-washed jeans feature paint splashes from the deckhand. Fashion to wear with an untucked, oversized striped pyjama. Ribbed knitwear which is monochromatic or adorned with the new nautical crest becomes vogue. There is washed cotton for the tricolored jumpsuit. Navy and white striping recurs throughout the collection

and emphasizes graphic lines. A minimalist palette includes navy blue, blueblack, khaki, white, red, and a glimpse of emerald green. Decadent admirals. White and black — from head to toe, mixed, or striped. Insignias on the sleeves and the new emblem on pockets distinguish each outfit. This is worn over a waistcoat, without a shirt and jackets with grosgrain trim. This makes for a dreamy and utterly modern take on formalwear. Ultra luxurious, the accessories bring out the collection’s relaxed elegance. Recalling the sailing sack of sailors putting out to sea, messenger bags come in calfskin, crocodile, or canvas. There is always the bag with a maxi monochrome or striped cross body strap. Alongside the beating sneakers, the horsebit loafer returns this season, most notably in whitewashed crocodile skin. The striped foulard, knotted metal bracelets worked like rope and beaded necklaces hint at the Gucci men’s nonchalance and bohemian instincts. Simply outstanding! 3/19/15 12:45 AM
To mark the 50th anniversary of the 911 Targa, Porsche is offering this very popular model in the more powerful and dynamic GTS version for the first time. The targa concept of the 911 Targa 4 GTS delivers very safe driving enjoyment with all-wheel drive and a rollover protection bar; it also delivers open-air fun with a targa top that stows fully automatically. Contributing to a boost in dynamic performance are the 430 hp (316 kW) GTS engine together with the standard Sport Chrono package, PASM chassis, 20-inch wheels and a sport exhaust system. Despite its significantly extended features, the weight-to-power ratio with the 430-hp engine was improved from 3.9 kg to just 3.6 kg per horsepower compared to the S model. This lets the Targa 4 GTS reach a top speed of over 300 km/h (186 mph) with a PDK transmission, and the stopwatch records 4.3 seconds for the sprint from zero to 100 km/h (0 – 60 mph in 4.1 seconds). Although the engine produces an additional 30 hp (22 kW), its combined fuel consumption – which ranges from 9.2 to 10.0 l/100 km, depending on the type of transmission – is exactly the same as for the 911 Targa 4S. The latest Targa can be made out at first glance as a GTS model with allwheel drive, because – compared to the two-wheel drive 911 Carrera models – the rear wheel arches are flared an additional 22 millimeters, and the rear tires are ten millimeters wider. The front view is defined by the sport design of the car’s front end with an opening for the auxiliary middle radiator and the smoked bi-xenon headlights that feature the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS). In a side view, characteristic GTS attributes are the silky gloss black 20-inch 911 Turbo S wheels with central locks, the sport design door mirrors and “GTS” signatures on the doors. The “targa” logo on the silver rollover protection bar is also painted in silky gloss black. Black accents at the rear are the glossy trim on the air inlet screen, the model logo and the chrome tailpipes.

The targa has been an established member of the 911 lineup since it made its debut back in 1965. Around one out of eight 911 cars ever sold was a targa. The market share of the latest generation of this exquisitely styled 911 with its characteristic rollover protection bar is 13 percent – and it is growing. With the 911 Targa 4 GTS, Porsche is extending its lineup of the modern classic by adding a top model whose extensive package of standard features and price are appealing. GTS DNA also defines the interior of the 911 Targa 4 GTS. Integrated at the center of the instrument panel is the stopwatch of the Sport Chrono package.
In the front, the four-way adjustable Sport Plus seats – with their black GTS logo on the head restraints – provide additional lateral support and long-distance cruising comfort for driver and passenger. The dominant interior material is black Alcantara, which is just half the weight of leather. Porsche 911 Targa 4 GTS: fuel consumption urban 13.9-12.5 l/100 km, extra-urban 7.7-7.1 l/100 km, combined 10.0-9.2 l/100 km; CO2 emissions 237-214 g/km; efficiency class: G-F. Roche Bobois paints the world with timeless interior designs and decorations for over 50 years. It all began with a joint venture of two family businesses, the Chouchans and the Roches, in 1950. FENDI CASA Maison & Objet 2015
The look that Fendi Casa offers up with its new collection at Maison & Objet 2015 is all about the most refined Italianism: the true passion for creativity, the tireless search for different materials and the outstanding artisanal workmanship. Precious pieces of furniture are the expression of a lifestyle that interprets tradition in innovative terms, revealing a contemporary art de vivre. The design conveys the idea of beauty and new living concepts which sprung from the harmonious overlap of the worlds of design and fashion, exalting their reciprocal affinity both in terms of layout and function. Sofas, armchairs, accessories - uniquely made furniture perfect for

experimentation yet always loyal to Fendi’s signature attributes - spread out across an expressive stage that depicts an ancient noble’s palace in Rome. Overlooking immortal places - Piazza di Spagna, Castel Gandolfo, The Fountain of Trevi - it is the abode of a cultured and cosmopolitan aesthete on a quest for iconic and rare pieces. One after another, the rooms become a path through inviting environments with an elegant atmosphere that reveals the passions of those who live within those walls. Both bringing back historic Fendi Casa pieces and introducing neverbefore-seen furnishing solutions, it is in this setting that the ideas of French architect and decorator Thierry Lemaire find their place. An intense stylistic

dialogue - sign of an in-depth study of the fashion house’s style - sketches the outline of a glamorous and eclectic drawing room where we have a new round-shaped take on the ArtÚ sofa with matching armchairs and, also from the Star line, the chairs and kitchen cupboard, as well as the new Drop coffee tables. There is also the Camelot Sofa. The various pieces use unexpected combinations of materials - simple next to glamorous, rough with smooth. Furnishing is structured; it brings together the poetic traits of French decorative art with sculptural objects and an innate sense of proportions. The rigorous lines, at times aerodynamic, confer strength and spontaneous presence while tracing a chic, couture universe that offers a
multifaceted vision of sobriety and of that which is timeless. It is a clean space exuding formality, dedicated to the Fendi Casa Contemporary collection designed by architect and designer Toan Nguyen. A balanced, modernist take with minimalist lines and meanings which unfolds in an equilibrium of rational forms - the softness of the volumes guaranteeing great comfort, graphic lines and sections, functional elements that allude to the Fendi tradition, becoming functional and decorative at the same time. His designs include the Hampton Sofa and the Serengeti Bookshelf. Other objects include the Athenee Bed, Orione Suspension Lamps and the Hermann Armchair.

Promemoria Collection
Promemoria is a family-owned company, creating luxury furnishings in the finest tradition of quality Italian craftsmanship. The brand was founded in 1988 by Romeo Sozzi. The company’s roots lie firmly embedded in the tradition of cabinet making. The artisan skills are represented through four generations of Sozzi family who began by creating carriages for local nobility in the 19th century and went on to the restoration of fine antique furniture, before finally forming their own collections. This family’s path over the generations has been one of continuous refinement of working techniques, establishing a deep understanding of the materials and craft. In the spirit of this tradition, today Promemoria creates timeless objects of sustainable beauty and substance, using the highest quality materials and a refined aesthetic. In this context, materials are not only the means of the creation of the object, but are also emotional components of a precious and ancient knowledge. Pablo Picasso once said that everything you can imagine is real. Dragons, fairies, magic wands, flying carpets are real. They dwell in the depth of a mind which believes they exist. With our imagination and dreams we create extraordinary beings and things out of thin air and we make them come to life. We are the architect, the craftsman, the alchemist, the magician. The space that was once empty, now is rich with magical wonders crafted from those who dare to dream. Dreams and imaginations takes us to a place where the invisible becomes visible, where nothing becomes something,

Fall into a peaceful night of slumber with ROSASPINA sofa inspired by the tale of Sleeping Beauty. Be the Aladdin for the JASMINE chair structured in bronze with seat and back coated with smooth verde lago leather. ARTÙ sofa features a natural color palette, upholstered in silk velvet as delicate as Sandman’s coat and feet in bronze as if sprinkled with fairy dust. JORINDA lamp cast in hammered bronze, lampshade in alabaster is your company to illuminate your favorite treasured tales of yore. PASSEPARTOUT coffee table blends stackable tables with castors, high gloss grey mahogany top and legs in smooth medium bronze where you can savor a whimsical feast of an afternoon tea party with Alice and the Mad Hatter. PROMEMORIA Milano 2014 collection is a tender invitation to witness what dreams can create in the hands of creativity and artistry. It is also a sweet reminder that fairy tales can do come true in their own magical way.

SUB-ZERO AND WOLF Integrated Sophistication
Sub-Zero, Inc., is the leading manufacturer of American-made luxury refrigeration, freezer and wine storage products, founded in 1945. Only 15 years ago, it acquired Wolf Appliance, Inc., the premier maker of ranges, ovens, cooktops and grills. The union establishes both brands as corporate companions and kitchen soul mates. Today, the company also operates manufacturing facilities in Fitchburg, Wis., and Goodyear, Ariz., which are continually recognized for the highest achievements in refrigeration and cooking innovation and customer satisfaction. The third generation owned company recently announced forthcoming availability of two of their excellent products: the Integrated Refrigeration and introduced its One-Touch Coffee System. The new Integrated Refrigeration offers limitless flexibility for seamless incorporation into any kitchen. This exciting new product line is the culmination of Sub-Zero’s industry-leading food preservation technology, impeccable design, and dedication to quality. The shorter units can be integrated under the workspace in the kitchen as it is

76.2 cm (30”) in height with each column either a refrigerator or a freezer. 61 cm (24”) units with both refrigerator and freezer column are also available. The newest 45.7 cm (18”) freezer only units and the 91.4 cm (36”) refrigerator only units will hit the market this year 2015. Another interesting design is the Drawer. New Integrated Refrigeration drawers all measure 87.6 cm (34.5”) in height. The new drawer models have been available since early 2014. Integrated Refrigeration is designed to function like a cabinetry which can cause the refrigeration to either stand out or completely disappear into the kitchen’s decoration. This allows customers to have their refrigeration virtually in any corner of their homes, integrated with their furniture. Besides effectiveness in using space, Sub-Zero retains its commitment to the science of food
preservation and makes sure that the new integrated refrigeration incorporates specific characteristics to promote optimal freshness: dual refrigeration, air purification, easier installation, precise temperature control, crisper storage drawer, and freshness cards which provide proper food storage instructions to guide homeowners on how to make the most of their refrigeration. Another innovative recent creation of Sub-Zero and Wolf is the all-new built-in coffee system as part of the New Generation product launch, the largest product line in company history. The one-touch convenience extends to the system’s milk cleaning feature, which utilizes steam cleaning. The coffee system is available in stainless steel and black glass design styles.

The Triple Ring Burner which is the three circles of fire to produce even and strong heat. The unique shape of the 1970’s and 1980’s has given a warm accent to the modern kitchen of Modena. Its slim figure does not necessarily indicate small capacity. Modena refrigerator Retro Series have a Wider Space interior, capable of holding a great amount of food. The Drawer Freezer gives you the convenience of arranging your food neatly according to type so as to not let the food odour mix with one another. The Modena Refrigerator Retro Series come in 7 colours: cherry red, sonic silver, seville orange, icy white, royal blue, lime green, and cream. Modena Refrigerator French Door Esteso RF 4862 is a 4 door refrigerator made of full stainless steel, making it appear elegant with its digital screen on the door. The Big Capacity French Door is 80 cm wide with no partition within the interior, capable of containing 610 liters. Modena also boasts its Kitchen Sink Bracciano KS 8140 L and its elegantly desinged water Tap Primavera Series KT 3350. Using black tempered cyrstal, a wide single bowl shape made of stainless steel, Modena brushed up this particular favourite product and gives it additional value through design. As glass (or crystal) have no pores, the sink’s structure is much stronger, easier to maintain, and longer-lasting than regular Kitchen Sink. Before water flows down the drain, it is filtered just by the mouth of the drainage. The S-pipe Anti Smell used prevents any smell from within the pipes to return to the surface of the sink.

As the home’s best friend, Ariston is designed to be innovatively safe, such as Ariston ovens. They are equipped with innovative safety devices using the Dual Flow System to prevent the oven door from reaching very high temperature. self-cleansing programme. Its door lock prevents accidental and potentially dangerous opening for extra safety measures. The locked cooking control panel prevents the settings to be modified accidentally during the process. For significant energy saving, Ariston ovens uses inner glass that is low emission type, treated with advanced technology that makes it heat reflective. Additionally, as the glass is being processed, very thin layers of metal oxides are applied to it. Thus, the capacity to reflect a part of the infrared radiation generated by the oven heating elements is increased, heat loss decreased, and better insulation achieved. Ariston also thoughtfully designed its oven with a grey colour cavities, so as to easily improves visibility. This choice of colour also makes it easier to keep an eye on food as it is being cooked, as the interior is much brighter compared to black coloured ovens. As dirt on cavities are easy to spot, it is easy to clean. An additional hygiene element of the oven is the use AA* class enamel which covers the internal cavity and the drip pan. This enamel is four times more resistant to corrosion and high temperatures.

Cartier Art And Gold Lace The new Ronde Louis Cartier Filigree Watch was created in the new Maison des Métiers d’Art on site at La Chaux-de-Fonds. The filigree art is a technique of goldsmithing that uses gold or silver wires soldered together in order to create an openwork grid with a desired motif. It reinvents the century-old technique of filigree using a figurative, precious approach. The exquisite design of the watch is taken from oan ancient art that appeared in Egypt in earliest antiquity by the Sumerians around 5000 years ago. Ever since, it arrived in India, Tibet, Greece and Iran and much later in Portugal where the art developed and reached a new level of excellence.

Leadership & Transformation in Todays World
Preface from Chief Editor Dear honourable readers, thankyou for the warm welcome on the first and second write up under the new segment, ‘Management & Business’. We will keep providing fresh and interesting topic every month that will enrich readers who we believe are leaders from the government or business world. This month will unravel the the power of transformation in leading a company. We want to invite all the respected readers to discuss upon competencies and how to implement transformation in a company effectively. When a leader gained more experience in the field and has shifted from operational leader towards strategic leader, they will need to be embodied with three main skills; envisioning, change management and mobilizing resources. A leader need to be a visinonary and have “creative imagination based on reality”.
Additionally, change management is required to enable effective transformation. Lastly, every leader need to mobilize existing resources to accomplish the goals and reach expected target. In addition to this, our off print gathering in the form of Master Class which will be led by Dr AB Susanto himself, in conjunction with the Art Appreciation event will be held after the 4th edition released consequentially. For the next write up we will still linger around Leadership, but we will focus more into ‘Leadership and Governance’. Other topics that will be chosen can also include; Holding Company, Family Business, Change Management and many other recent and interesting topics. This will also be written in four different sections and followed with another Master Class and Art Appreciation Event.
The Law of Change It is undeniable to survive in this competitive business world, every leader need to transform or change every once in awhile. Ideally, a leader needs to be aware of the ‘Law of Change’ that comprises of Law of Native, Law of Chaos and Law of Eden. Law of Native suggest that ‘change’ cannot occur in any organisation nor company unless the change itself involves the “natives of the company”. The natives here can be articulated as the business owner and all organization members of the company. There will be neither leader nor expert that can transform a company without involving the members of the organisation per se. This is quite interconnected with last week’s write up about leadership and culture. The culture of the organisation itself reflected upon its people and the same applies to transformation of a company. The second law is known as ‘Law of Chaos’, this occurs when transformation has impacted upon chaotic situation. Discomfort, uneasy feeling even objection towards the transformation has inflicted the people involved within the change to linger in agony. This can be seen in a form of objection expressed through serious activities like “tin can” letter, anger or even strikes. Transformation expert needs to realise this situation will accrue in any transformation process. Therefore, when the smallest chaos does not appear during change program, it should be realized that the company has not embarked in a “real” change program. However, realizing this we need to fully anticipate towards the situation and hinder this to become out of control.

Profile of the Author Dr AB Susanto is an expert in strategic management. He is known as the founder of the Jakarta Consulting Group, a powerful strategy consulting organization that serves Private, State Own Enterprise and Government institution. As a senior consultant, he has gained broad network and experience in dealing with various type of leaders. He now serves as the Chairman of JCG, and Advisor for various other business and social organizations. For example; Commissioner of Sinopec’s PT Solaris Indonesia, Founder of Global Peace Foundation, UNICEF and also involve in several Leprosy organisations. His main interest and research include; among others leadership, change management, holding company management, and family business. He has published more than 50 books such as; Vision and Mission Development, Super leader, Corporate Culture, Family Business, CSR, and Strategic Intervention for Regional Economic Development, etc. Other than that, He is also a vivid enthusiast of gemmology (diamonds, precious stone and art).
The last, Law of Eden specifies that a good leader needs to “sell” his or her change program pointing out the benefits that the organization members will obtain from undertaking such change. It can be in form of better working environment, simplified yet more world class working procedure, better career prospect, more global outlook, increase in member’s welfare, etc. Basically to ensure questions from the followers perspectives: would such change and transformation be beneficial or provide them with higher “incentives”. When those benefits are not surfaced, they perceive it is best to remain at status quo and avoid change. This is an important matter and need to be considered thoroughly because every transformation carry heavy risk that might bring negative impact to the company’s structure and performance.
Evolution, Transformation & Corporate Culture Taking the example of a company that has transformed into a holding company, the company structure will need to change from a single linear command into a more complex matrix organisation. Consequently, the manager need to comform to more than one superior. For example, the Director of Human Resource will need to serve both the Holding Director for HR and the President of the Company. However, there will be no guarantee that the ‘change’ will last for indefinite period of time. From time to time, there is a tendency to fall back to the old system that have been applied for quite some time. This is the reason why every transformation process need to be complemented with ‘freezing’ of new concept, mindset, process, or procedure. One of the most prominent freezing procedure is through corporate culture program. Corporate culture is a set of excellent values, norms and beliefs elaborated to become the guidance (direction, attitude, behavior) for organizational integration, as well as to face business challenges to deal with external constituents (AB Susanto, 1999). In relation to this, The Jakarta Consulting Group as a Strategic Management Consultant is known to have three intervention path program that include; mind set intervention, organizational intervention and culture intervention.
Transformation Matrix
leader must be wise in choosing the right transformation program. In the business context, the term transformation itself can be implemented using various different path. Several transformation path that are widely used include; revitalization, restructuring, renewal and reorganization. Each of different path embody different change force, resistance and style of implementation. For instance, when the change force is strong, resistance is weak, ‘Revitalization’ should be applied and delegative style needs to be emphasized upon decision making and implementation. When both of the change force, resistance are strong, ‘Restructuring’ should be applied hand in hand with commander style (where leader provide specific instruction and monitor progress). Furthermore, when the change force and resistance is weak ‘Renewal’ should be applied in congruent with collaborative style (where employees can share ideas and facilitate on decision making process). Lastly, when the change force is weak and the resistance level is strong it is advisable to apply ‘Reorganization’ and committee style needs to be used (include buy in, discussion upon decision, clarify and supervise) under this circumstances.
Closing Statement Even in a relatively smooth and stable condition, every leader still needs to implement ‘change’ because every organisation who has grown to be more complex will require new organization structure and higher compentences. Simple metaphor is a small business who has outgrown to be a big corporation. Growth of the company requires the leader to change the building foundation, stronger pillars that can be liken to more sophisticated strategy, better system or even adding more suitable professionals into the company. Therefore, the leader of the organization needs to process transformation according to its development stages besides other environment changes. Most importantly, leaders need to be aware and able to anticipate upon current trend, movement and development. By implementing Transformation Program proactively when anticipating change, the company will not become “victim of the change” but instead become the “master in change”. On the whole, leader always need to be one steap ahead out of his competitors and be prepared for upcoming challenges and uncertainties in the future.

100 Years of Danish Craftsmanship Businesses are increasingly seeking ways
to express their image and CSR strategy in their choice of furniture and interior design. Customer Driven Solutions are the basis of Duba-B8’s cooperation with businesses to identify the furniture and look that support their own unique image and strategy. Two important elements in the development of Duba-B8 furniture are the veneer and model workshops situated at the factory in Bjerringbro, Denmark. Here you will find the skills and craftsmanship that are fundamental to our 100-year history. In the veneer workshop, it’s the sense of detail that matters. The craft of applying veneer as the exclusive material that it is has been truly mastered here. Working with veneers requires painstaking care with every detail: The selection of the veneer is based on the individual piece of furniture – each piece of veneer is carefully assessed and graded so that it fits perfectly with the shape and design of the furniture. In order to obtain a uniform and appealing look, only veneers from a single piece of wood are used for each piece of furniture. In the model workshop, the carpenters craft prototypes of customised furniture. They adjust and adapt the furniture before it is put into production. The carpenters also work with hand-crafted commissions such as reception desks, solid wood furniture or finger-jointed drawers.
Customer Driven Solutions are the basis of Duba-B8’s cooperation with businesses to identify the furniture and look that support their own unique image and strategy.
