Exploring the Potential of Industrial Land

Sragen, located in the Sragen Regency of Central Java, is a region known for its industrial zone and picturesque hilly terrain. The land in Sragen is slightly undulating, as it is situated in a hilly area (see attached image). Despite its industrial development, Sragen still preserves several green areas that fall under the Low Sensitive Development (LSD) zone. The province’s main roads have a width of approximately 8-12 meters, providing sufficient space for large vehicles. The nearest toll gate, Sragen Pungkruk, is around 29 kilometers away, while the closest power substation, GI Sragen, is approximately 27 kilometers away. Sragen offers a balance between industrialization and environmental preservation, making it an attractive location for businesses and nature enthusiasts alike.
