The Regis University Athletics Department introduced the Ranger logo family of images in the summer of 2012. The logo family was designed for the athletics department for use in print and online communication, on uniforms and apparel. This guide provides detailed usage guidelines for the Regis University Athletics Department graphic standards. By following these guidelines, uniform recognition and awareness of the logos will be created and critical legal protection of the registered trademarks will be upheld. This guide was produced to help the Regis University community promote our NCAA athletic programs with pride and consistency. It does not attempt to address every possible situation. Rather, it provides general guidelines while emphasizing the benefits of consistency in the way we present the Regis University Athletics Department in print and other visual communication.

Universal athletic logo guidelines • All athletic logos must be used in their entirety. • Athletic logos were designed for the express use of the athletics department. Only the athletics department may use these logos. • Athletic logos must never replace the University logo in non-athletic visual materials, including publications, stationery, advertising merchandise or electronic media. • Athletic logos may only be reproduced from an original digital file (Eps, Tiff, or Jpeg formats) and must not be photocopied, scanned, recreated, reproportioned or altered in any way. • Athletic logo reproduction must adhere to color, size and spacing specifications found in this guidebook. • Athletic logos used on merchandise for resale (e.g. at the Book and Bean, Regis University’s bookstore) must be approved by University Brand Marketing. • Athletic logos used on athletic team merchandise must be approved by the athletics department. • Any other use of the athletic logos must be approved by the athletics department.

Please consult a Pantone™ color swatch book for accurate printed color representations. When exact colors cannot be matched, colors chosen will need to be approved by the athletics department. Keylines can be white, grey or nonexistant. A white or grey keyline must be used on a navy background.
