Warm-up: March on the AIREX® Balance-pad XLarge. 1. Crawling position On the XLarge balance pad, adopt and hold a stable position keeping your back straight and place one hand on the nape of your neck, lifting the arm out to the side. Effects: Stabilizes core, gives rotational stability.
2. Tabletop Adopt tabletop position: touch your knee with the opposite elbow.
3. Sitting on heels Sit on your heels, extend your arms out in front of you.
Effects: Stabilizes core, gives rotational stability.
Effects: Stretches/extends the arm/ torso angle
Effects: Strengthens back muscles
5. Lunge Kneel, lay the back leg flat and position the front leg upright, slide the pelvis towards the floor, keeping the torso upright, and your hands on the nape of your neck.

4. Lying on stomach Lie on your stomach on the Balancepad XLarge, stretch your arms out, lift, and hold.
6. Forearm support Place your forearms shoulder-width apart on the Balance-pad XLarge, support yourself on your forearms, let your knees touch the floor, keep your back straight.
7. Lie on side Lie on your side, with your legs together and raised, your front arm planted in front of your breast bone, slowly raise and lower your legs. Effects: Stabilizes side core muscles

9. Push-up position In a push-up position on the Balancepad XLarge, plant your feet on the floor off the Balance-pad, stabilize the extended body.
10 Single-leg-stand, body line Stand on one leg, raise arms and one leg, stabilize the body to form a diagonal line. Effects: Balances core.
Effects: Stabilizes support muscles and core

11. Inline lunge with rotation Inline lunge position: place the knee behind your heel, forming a line. Place your hands on the nape of your neck and rotate, the core 90 degrees towards the front leg. Effects: Stabilizes hip axis
12. Forward lunge Stand in an upright position in front of the Balance-pad XLarge, then lunge forwards. It is important to stabilize the whole body. Then return to the original position, ensuring your core is upright and your arms are pointing upwards above your head.
13. Running imitation Stand on one leg, imitate a running movement with your arm and leg. Effects: Stabilizes core. Variations: Change the dynamics of bending and stretching.
14. Push-up with hip rotation Go into a push-up position and move one bent leg towards the elbow of the opposite arm. Effects: Provides rotation stability, strength support.
Effects: Stabilizes hip and shoulder axis.
