INNOVATIVE DESIGN ////////////////////////////

At Reinke, our processes and people have a lot to do with quality of the end result. This all comes from a good foundation.

From the onset, we’ve considered all the raw materials out there and determined high-strength steel makes the best pivots. High-strength steel, combined with superior engineering, has resulted in a system that is lightweight, yet uncompromisingly durable.

All our Electrogator II pivots and lateral move systems use highstrength steel. This steel is up to 50% stronger than steel used in competitors’ irrigation systems. High-strength steel results in a stronger structure, weighing up to 20% less.

A Reinke system eliminates up to 6,000 pounds of weight compared to our competitors’ machines, resulting in less soil compaction. Three fewer tons means considerably less stress and wear on the system’s drivetrain and other critical system components, helping the system last longer. Less weight and enhanced system flotation reduces rutting so pivots are less likely to get stuck.

No one wants to experience downtime during the growing season because of a drivetrain failure. High-strength steel helps to avoid those problems by decreasing the amount of weight on system components, which also gives Reinke the ability to offer outstanding warranties.

Thanks to high-strength steel, a Reinke pivot is lighter and has increased system flotation compared to other pivot brands.

With our other systems, we definitely notice more tracking in the field and have more stuck pivots, but the Reinke machines seem to get through the muck and mire.”
