From the Schwarzbrunn spring to the Schwarzbrunn Spa From the depths of the earth it emerges, just above Stans: the Schwarzbrunn spring. It is this feature which gives the hotel its name. Water, the basis of all life, has been made the subject of the new Schwarzbrunn Spa, and with it a source of rest and relaxation has been realized. Throughout the year this element is ubiquitous and appears in the most beautiful of forms. Be it in the form of ice and snow in the winter months, snowmelt in the spring, beautiful clear rivers and mountain lakes in the summer or fresh dew in autumn. In the Schwarzbrunn Spa, water is placed in its proper setting in accord with its natural forms â&#x20AC;&#x201C; from the open-air mountain lake to the mystical, illuminated rock pool. Spa etiquette BOOKING TREATMENTS We advise you to book spa treatments prior to your arrival with us. Book 7 days prior to your arrival to enjoy our early booking discount of 5% and so that we may best provide you with your desired reservations. Upon request, our spa team can advise you and create a personal treatment programme completely according to your wishes. SPA CLOTHING AND TOWELS For spa treatments, swimming, sauna or relaxation areas, you may enter the spa in the comfort of your bathrobe from your room via our in-house lift connections. Our labelled in-house spa bags with bathrobes and bath towels are provided for you in your room or suite. If you would like to take home a spa bag and would like one for yourself, they can be purchased in various beautiful colours from our hotel or spa reception area. SAUNA WORLD SEA OF FLAMES In addition to the classic sauna area, which is advertised as a nude area, our spa also has a textile-only sauna, steam bath and infrared sauna area with a whirlpool. This textile-only section should be accessed with swimwear or a bath towel as clothing. For reasons of hygiene, please always use a towel to sit on in all sauna areas and in the infrared sauna.

Fitness and active units We ask you to enter our fitness club and the active units in appropriate sportswear with clean training shoes. Show your hotel card at the health club to receive a clean towel for your workout; in addition, you can also use the solarium for free. Only guests over 16 years old are permitted. YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO US At the beginning of a spa treatment or active unit, our spa therapists and coaches will ask about your health and well-being. We ask you to inform our professional staff about any conditions you may have, such as allergies or injuries. CHILDREN AT THE SPA Children, when accompanied by their parents or an adult supervisor, may enter the Kids Action spa as well as use the „Rock pool“, and the „Sun“ rest room from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please understand that access to the sauna and the other relaxation rooms and the rooftop pool „Mountain Lake“ is only permitted for guests over 16 years.

CANCELLATION OF SPA TREATMENTS Please inform our spa team of postponements or cancellations at least 12 hours prior to treatment. For last-minute cancellations and no-shows, the treatment will be charged at 90%. Out of courtesy towards other spa visitors, we kindly ask for your understanding that booked treatment times will be strictly adhered to and a late arrival will shorten your treatment time â&#x20AC;&#x201C; more than 15 minutes late, your treatment is automatically cancelled. VALUABLES Please keep jewellery and other valuables in your room safe. The spa is not liable for valuables. PLACE OF RELAXATION Our Schwarzbrunn Spa is a place of relaxation and health promotion. Please refrain from using mobile phones and cameras in the spa area. Smoking is not allowed in the spa area. RESERVING LOUNGERS If your relaxation is interrupted due to a sauna visit or spa treatment, etc., we kindly ask you not to reserve loungers at the same time. FOOD AND DRINK IN THE SPA In our sauna world, fruit drinks are available for free from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm. To maintain your comfort, you can now partake of the lunch and afternoon buffets directly from the spa. We have created a bathrobe area in the winter garden area of the restaurant, open from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm.
