Reviews Best selling experience - an absolute gun! Have had very bad experiences with other agents i.e. purple bricks - all talk with no results (don’t waste your time and money - went to auction where they tried to shove a $915K offer, on a $950K+ home, down our throat. Changed agent and sold for $50K more within 4hrs - (a story for another review). Shubham offered no sales, no cost! Sold our home within 2 weeks of going to market.
