Noosa Heads has experienced a changing market in the past 12 months. We have gone from a thriving boom market to what we think is now a normal market. Everyone knew that the sales results of the past couple of years could not continue once the country recovered from COVID.

We are so happy for our clients that have achieved amazing growth and have capitalised on this market while being sympathetic to buyers that have been put under extreme pressure to compete in that market and sometimes missing out on numerous properties.

Noosa Heads has always been a unique real estate market due to the location, that encompasses stunning protected beaches, national parks and no high rise but in saying this people just want to live here!

So, what will happen in this extremely sought-after market in the next 12 months? We see it still moving forward with sales continuing but probably not as much capital growth as previously experienced, again back to a normal real estate market.
