Welcome to the FY 2022/2023 Annual Property Report for Sans Souci, Sandringham and Dolls Point.

It has been an extraordinary financial year with the property market appearing to be fully recovered from the impact of Covid19. Despite 12 consecutive interest rate rises since May 2022, the market has remained strong mainly due to a lack of supply and high demand, with many record sales still being achieved within this period.
