We implemented pretty much all of the suggestions and our house was looking amazing for the photos. Jade from Jpeg Photography was excellent too. She was so passionate and took some amazing shots.

The rental market in Australia is tough and as we do our best to navigate the current rental housing crisis, we thought it timely to provide some insight and advice on ways in which you can make your rental application stand out when applying for a rental property.
First National Neilson Partners processed 632 rental applications in August, so it is essential that your application stands out, is fully complete and is accompanied by all applicable documentation. Here’s 3 tips to help your rental application stand out from the rest.
1. GOOD REFERENCES
Make sure your references are complete and contact details are correct so when we reach out, we contact the right person.
Written references from past or present rental providers or property managers are priceless. Also make sure your character references are from a credible source.
2. INCLUDE A COVER LETTER
Add some personality to your cover letter. Include information that makes you a desirable renter. Add your rental history, education, job and how long you have been employed. Do you own a car? Demonstrate that you are responsible and will look after the property.
If you have pets include a pet resume too. This could be the difference between being allowed to have a pet at a residence. Describe your pet,their size and breed, where they sleep. Attach photos so the Rental Provider can see for themselves.
3. PROVIDE UP-TO-DATE DOCUMENTATION
If you are a Renter who is registered with First National Real Estate Neilson Partners, make sure you update your to-apply account regularly. Provide updated payslips, ID, rental ledgers, and personal details to ensure there are no delays processing your application. A well organised application and supporting documentation will help property managers assess quickly whether you are a suitable renter.
