Charitable Foundation
We’re deeply committed to the communities that we are part of, helping them thrive and grow into somewhere people, including ourselves, want to live, work and be involved in. Nelson Alexander Charitable Foundation We believe that strong communities help individuals gain a sense of place and belonging. Since the Foundation’s inception in 2005 we have been supporting individuals, local community groups and charities within our business footprint. In 2023 we reached the significant milestone of having distributed over $4.5 million dollars into our communities. Our major annual fundraiser is Foundation Day whereby each of our offices donates the professional fee from one of their auctions to a chosen local charity. Along with this initiative the Foundation raises funds through a fixed dollar donation from each Nelson Alexander sale. We are proud to have been recognised by our industry with numerous state and national awards for the work of our Charitable Foundation. Through strengthening local community ties and being responsive to the needs of the wider community, we have developed ongoing relationships with a diverse range of organisations.
