Specialising in lifestyle properties throughout Manningham, David, who grew up in Park Orchards and now lives in Warrandyte, knows the area back to front, and loves to share his enthusiasm of the benefits of living here. “This area is brimming with fantastic green spaces, walking trails, quality schools, great cafes and restaurants,” he says.

David, who is genuinely passionate about both property and customer service, finds working in real estate extremely rewarding.

“In our area almost all our buyers are young families looking to upsize, so the most rewarding part of the job is definitely helping make this goal a reality. The excitement and joy a successful buyer experiences is one of the best parts! Buying or selling a home is a massive moment in someone’s life and I never take that for granted.”

Having recently sold and purchased his own properties, David personally understands the stresses and challenges involved.

Last year, he bought a 90s Storybook Cottage on half an acre in Warrandyte, around 200 metres to the Yarra River, which he shares with partner, Mitchell, and 2-year-old Samoyed ‘Bam’.

“When we purchased we did some minor cosmetic renovations and this year we are undertaking a more substantial renovation which will include a new kitchen/butler’s pantry, laundry, removing a few walls, and hopefully then an outdoor alfresco plus some landscaping.”

“We love taking Bam for walks along the Yarra River trail most days. He loves the water and will often swim if the weather is warm enough.”
