COMPENSAtION PlAN Below is our standard compensation plan

Cap Program •Cap is $20,000 •Agent pays 30% from each commission until they reach $20,000 •5% transaction fee paid to RE/MAX Deluxe on each closed transaction. •Agent cap will reset on the anniversary of their starting date each year. •Agent pays to RE/MAX LLC a yearly dues fee of $410.00

Team Program •Team program will be customized based on the size of the team. •This will be an evaluation of the team and how it structures. Some teams have team leaders and working agents on the team and others are partners in a team format.
