Involvement

While our agents are passionate about real estate, RE/MAX Deluxe also has a strong focus on giving back to the community in which we do business. We demonstrate this focus through our Monthly Spotlight events and our work with the South Shore Youth Foundation. The owners of RE/MAX Deluxe are also the founders of the South Shore Youth Foundation.

The Board of Directors for the South Shore Youth Foundation is dedicated to keeping children active focusing on ages 6-18 throughout the State of Massachusetts. The board is aware of the financial hardship that families endure to keep their children in youth activities as well as the struggles organizations face with limited operating resources. SSYF will help families with qualifying youth and community organizations. We appreciate your support in creating a healthy, active community. The SSYF is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit. Together, RE/MAX Deluxe and the South Shore Youth Foundation host several events a year to raise money for local organizations. These events include The Monthly Spotlight at RE/MAX Deluxe and The Mike Garner Memorial Motorcycle Run.

The Monthly Spotlight at RE/MAX Deluxe is one way in which we, as an office, give back to the community. Local artists, authors, students and more are provided with a free venue to showcase their work to the community. These events are free to the artists and free for the public to come and enjoy. This also gives our agents 8 or more opportunities a year to network with people in the local community. Each Office is Independently Owned & Operated.

Paid For A Lifetime We will show you how your business can pay you for the rest of your life. Most agents are left with no sell-able value in their real estate business after years of hard work. We can show you how you can continue to make money on your business during your retirement.


Compensation Plan Cap Program •Cap is $20,000 •Agent pays 30% from each commission until they reach $20,000 •5% transaction fee paid to RE/MAX Deluxe on each closed transaction. •Agent cap will reset on the anniversary of their starting date each year. •Agent pays to RE/MAX LLC a yearly dues fee of $410.00

Team Program

•Team program will be customized based on the size of the team. •This will be an evaluation of the team and how it structures. Some teams have team leaders and working agents on the team and others are partners in a team format.

•RE/MAX Deluxe charges no – desk fee – copies fee – E&O fee. This is all included in your split to the office. •If you are not in production for 3 consecutive months in this plan you will be responsible on the fourth month to pay your technology fee of $310.00 each month from that point forward until the end of the year. This fee is being paid for by the office on your behalf to RE/MAX LLC. •*Each agent will sign a self renewing Independent Contractor Agreement. •*Each agent will be required to be a member of a real estate board •Each agent will be required to pay their MLS dues.
