In this 3-day course our Brokers will learn to leverage the power of the RE/MAX brand, apply best practices for your office’s financial health and recruit and retain the right agents.

DAY one

Covers topics in relation to RE/MAX and what tools and resources are offered under our brand.

This training is mandatory for New Broker/Owners and we strongly suggest our existing Broker/Owners revisit this course at least every 2 years.

DAY TWO

Moves into looking at your business and striving to create a thriving office by putting clear systems in place. Once you have a plan and know your value, you can start to confidently speak to agents about what your offering is.

RE/MAX facilitates in-person meetings for our Brokers which provides an opportunity for them to come together, discuss relevant and current events, exchange ideas, and network with fellow business owners.

The meetings are held in the RE/MAX Australia Training Room, which are streamed live to offer online attendance for Broker Owners based interstate, or in regional areas of QLD.

When required, RE/MAX Australia will host online meetings for all Broker Owners to tune in, share knowledge and collaborate on important topics geared towards leadership, business growth and office management.

All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the video library in Broker Dashboard for you to revisit at any time or catch up on missed content.

BROKER christmas party

The annual Broker Christmas Party is a much-anticipated event. A chance for our hard-working business owners to take a break from the office and join together to celebrate the year that has been.

This event is a great opportunity for RE/MAX Australia to thank our Brokers for trusting in us, and to show appreciation for their continued support and contribution to the brand.

We all know how important recruiting is to the growth of your office, but sometimes you need to re-energise your strategies in order to maintain consistent recruiting efforts.

Our recruitment workshops are designed to give you some fresh ideas about how to fill your offices with qualified, desirable agents. Keep in mind that a solid recruitment strategy is often one of your best retention tools.

Not only will we provide you with scripts & dialogues, accountability and key recruitment resources, but you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow Brokers and create an environment to identify obstacles and develop solutions together.

BROKER retreat

This event is an annual multi-day conference that provides a fun and relaxed environment for business owners to exchange ideas, lessons or success stories. We’ll also learn from world-class speakers and trainers to ensure you are constantly challenging and improving the way you operate your business, and yourself as a leader.

Not only is this a worthy educational experience, it’s also a great opportunity to take a break from the office, connect with new business owners, and build on relationships with familiar faces. A mustdo event at a beautiful destination across the world! A fun few days away from the normal day to day business. Great keynote speakers and interaction between brokers and head office. You can’t beat in person events it was fantastic to network with our group!

The Broker Advisory committee

The Broker Advisory Council (BAC) is a team of dedicated RE/MAX Broker Owners committed to enhancing the RE/ MAX market presence across Australia.

The BAC meet on a quarterly basis to discuss opportunities for promoting the RE/MAX philosophy, through various mediums, to grow brand awareness. They will assist the Region in ensuring value is perceived for all members where possible and to protect the RE/MAX brand in its evolution.

The BAC exemplify and promote the highest level of team spirit and professional image of RE/MAX in Australia. They provide a sounding board for Broker Owners, to help expand the RE/MAX program with united effort.
