CREATING an Audio Presentation of the Seller’s Home (prior to the listing presentation): 1. Log in to your VoicePad Dashboard 2. Click “NEW PRESENTATION” or “CLICK TO RECORD” 3. Select the type of property you are setting up and follow each prompt, entering as much information about the property as you can. 4. Add a code to the listing (if available), so it will take fewer steps to select the correct property presentation. DEMONSTRATING the VoicePad System During the Listing Presentation (practice first!) 1. From the homeowner’s phone, call your VoicePad telephone (use speakerphone, if possible) and enter the address (or code) for the client’s property. 2. Let the homeowner listen to the audio presentation of the home. 3. After listening to the entire presentation, press (1), which transfers the call to YOUR mobile phone (your phone will ring; and you will receive a text message lead. You will also receive an email lead after you hang up). NOTE: Make sure you have text notification turned “ON” in your VoicePad account settings (on your VoicePad Dashboard). 4. Show the homeowner the text message lead and explain that this allows you to contact these potential home buyers immediately after they call about the listing.

5. Show the homeowner an example of a Call Detail Log and Trend Report (see next page). To generate these reports from your own data: Log on to your VoicePad Dashboard. Click the "Detail" or "Trend" button to the right of the property name; then, click the "Download Report" button. You can print or save the report from this window.
