Larry is a native of Richmond, Virginia and has participated in RVA’s transformation from a sleepy town dominated by universities and state government to the bustling and sought-after community it is now. He has worked in real estate since 1988, with a passion for the industry that encompasses residential, rural and investment transactions. Having sold more than 1,000 properties, Larry has a knack for knowing what buyers are looking for, and how to help sellers position their homes in the best light. He also enjoys working with new homes, whether it’s as the managing partner of multiple subdivision developments, or as the Vice President of MattMo Construction. He is a licensed Broker in Virginia and North Carolina and is currently an Associate Broker at RE/MAX Commonwealth. Larry has gained expertise as an REO Consultant to Wells Fargo Bank, Franklin Federal and Village Bank.
For Wendy, client interaction is about establishing a lasting relationship. She understands and respects the process of searching for a new home, it is her patience, and willingness to listen that makes the house hunting experience comfortable and enjoyable for her clients. Wendy views a person’s home as an extension of their personality and the opportunity to develop a deeper connection with each client. It is her respect, intuition and pride in finding her clients a space that is even better than their previous home that drives her success. Wendy possesses a studied appreciation of architecture and design, which largely contributes to her success in real estate. A REALTOR® since 1998, she is well versed in several nuances of the Richmond housing market, including residential sales, design, staging and home presentation.

Children’s Miracle Network Children’s Miracle Network and RE/MAX are joined by their desire to provide local community hospitals with modern tools and information. Since RE/MAX became the exclusive real estate sponsor of Children’s Miracle Network in 1992, RE/MAX Associates have raised nearly $75 million for the cause. Founded in 1983, Children’s Miracle Network generates health care funds and awareness programs to benefit children. The nonprofit organization’s 170 participating hospitals across North America help 17 million children annually.
RE/MAX Associates raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network in a variety of ways, including: •

Staging fundraising events—from local golf tournaments to parking lot flea markets
