Why I Love My Sonoma County Home Drawing Contest Now more than ever, we have had a lot of time to fall in love with where we live. RE/MAX Marketplace wants you to get creative and show us what you love the most about your home! Contest Rules & Eligibility: • Must be a resident of Sonoma County to enter • Only 1 entry per artist will be accepted • All artwork must be original. If the submitted drawing infringes on another’s copyrighted material, you will be disqualified. • All participants must have parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter. • All family to the employees or agents of RE/MAX Marketplace (siblings, children, grandchildren & extended family) are not eligible to enter. Accepted Mediums: • Paint (watercolor, tempera, poster, acrylic, etc.) • Drawing materials (pencil, charcoal, colored chalk, pastels, oil pastels, colored pencils, markers, etc.) • No digital media will be accepted Judging & Prizes: The employees and agents of RE/MAX Marketplace will be judging the work based on if the drawing meets the contest guidelines & the artist’s level of creativity. • Drawings will be judged based on the following age categories: o 5-8 years old o 9-12 years old • Each age category will have a 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winner. The prizes are as follows: o 1st Place: $150 and artwork will be featured in the Community Voice o 2nd Place: $100 o 3rd Place: $50
How to Enter: • Scan or snap a photo of your artwork and save as a .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png • Go to https://rem.ax/DrawingContest & fill out all required fields to submit your drawing. • Tell us a little more about your drawing and why you love your Sonoma County home (200 characters max) • All artwork must be submitted by August 28th @ 5 PM.
