B W Hotel is a notewor thy projec t along the N ha Trang coast, a tour ist attrac tion of Vietnam. On the opposite side of the hotel, there is a public space bet ween the hotel and a beach. I nvestors are per mitted to renovate th at space without destroying landscape of the par k ’s paths along N ha Trang seashore. The idea of the projec t, which is constrac tion bet ween pr ivate space and public place for healing from busling life as well as a exchange space for communication connec tion.

The par k is introduced as a minimal design with strong geometr ic blocks. Green wall with door and window [‌] not only makes tour ists fell like they are stepping into a pr ivate room but also leads sight from the hotel to seashore. Pathways are clear ly rational tree layout.

As the need for high- class subur ban apar tment in Vietnam has been rapidly increasing, Jamona Cit y is one of super ior apar tments that fulfills that need. Jamona Cit y is developed toward S outher n of S aigon with a range of facilities to satisfy r ising demands of residents. The projec t has 2 main areas which are the isolated villas and the complex towers. I ts position is fair ly favourable for connec ting with other busy regions of the cit y by life -line transpor tation routes with moder n infrastruc ture system. The projec t gives affordable options for different resident can use good ser vices in their abilities.

The existing topography

Although this is not a relly big projec t compared with others, but with the investment offer, a bold idea is applied in order to create differances for this area, the topographic renovation. Is a significant projec t in Nam S aigon Area. The projec t is contr ibuted on B oulevard Nguyen Van Linh - the most ac tive develop ment axis of Hochiminh cit y. However, it is one of the most easeful areas of the development cor r idor. All these fac tors make the promising projec t a good connec tion point in the development chain. This is the last piece for Nam S aigon images.

Platform Planning model is applied as the classic Clarence Perry neighbourhood model. Base on this model, centrals are multi-polarized into smaller units to serve the needs of residents.


Water is the key element of the space of planning alter native. This element is combined with the target of preser ving and developing the natural environment to make ecological ur ban space. Canal landscape system is a highlight of the alter native. I t is not just walk ing axis and a green space, it conditions natural water source as well.

Ring road is made to distribute traffic utilities to neighborhood and other functional areas. One of the requirements of general planning is saving Tân Liêm route to make it the main external route and connecting road to Boulevard Nguyen Van Linh.

Structural map Plants eliminate effects of Industrial park on the project. At the same time all subsidiary traffics are severed connection. Design plan keeps and develop river and water system, turn the entire canal corridor into urban space between forest. This canal corridor system will be the pedestrian traffic route connecting all parts of urban. CBD are arranged along the connection road begin with Boulevard Nguyen Van Linh to best fulfill the services needs of the entire area. The public spaces on the riverside become open spaces for the community.

Transport system

Nolli Plan clearly shows white public spaces and other parts that belong to the project (black ones). The planning alternative includes widely open space with a wealth of forms which shows deep concern about humanities community and interactions of residents with each others.

Green wall and open space are main factors that make the whole project different and bring high value to property. Park system is spread throughout the project. From every point of the district, residents could spend just less than 5 minutes walking to the park. Lung of the district is right at the centre of the land which is the confluence of three artificial rivers and the focal point of the axis viewed from different directions. Axis was calculated at suitable orientations to create space for residents and create some breathing to the streets.

The transport system is decentralized in a simple and organized way to meet the diverse transportation needs without disrupting living and service spaces. It is also calculated to control the urban landscape and have a maximum limit of road commercialization

The central lake area is the quietest space of entire the project where residents can relax, meet and interact with each other. Pedestrian precincts are connected through canal routes that converge here. Vehicles are not allowed to enter. Green wall and landscape are planned in the form of forest landscape and swamp.


Villas along stream: are planned to create an area with highest property values in the entire project. Plots are best planned in the way of highest community values. Each plot of land includes a closed transport system and a natural forest and river scenery. Public utility services such as shops, kindergarten, swimming pool,‌ are totally within reach.

The logistic, transpor tation and technology infrastruc ture systems are advantageous to build a special economic zone. The project is a luxury and modern resort for customers from inside or outside the country to enjoy their holidays with higher and higher judgements. It is supposed to be a sustainable tourist urban model in Vietnam.
