I'm writing a Self Healing book, on a refreshed way of seeing what possibilities for Healing Self have always been available to us.. it's just in knowing that it is possible and how it works naturally that makes it possible.. I have had the opportunity to learn to Self Heal and I've accumulated healing techniques & spiritual lessons that have opened my eyes to opening up to becoming Awake & Aware in this phase of time we all are sharing collectively.... An awakening I am committed to share & learn along with others in this time of transition in the journey toward evolution and ascension..
