LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT Dear valued members, partners and community, The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana (HCCL) is pleased to present you with another edition of our membership directory as a significant and visible resource we can put into your hand. This issue is also a celebration of our testimony to how we have remained active and engaged during a very challenging year. Our eyes are fixed on the future and the new opportunities that have developed for our Hispanic business owners because of the increased focus on equity, diversity and inclusion. In the past year, we have grown more resilient and innovative as we emerge from the pandemic with a refreshed sense of purpose and determination. The HCCL staff is working hard to stay at the forefront of the rapidly changing business climate and planning new programming to adjust to the current demands. Our primary focus is set on building a more equitable community, which will result in true economic development for the State of Louisiana. We understand that to have a strong economic environment, we must have a strong community. To that end, we will continue with a heavy focus around management skills, technology, financial literacy, procurement and workforce programs for the rapidly growing Hispanic community and business owners. I look forward to continuing to work together with leaders, corporations, partners and other non-profits to strategically position our organization as a convener of thought leadership, a vehicle for engagement and a leader in business advocacy in Louisiana. I encourage companies and business leaders to join us to experience the value HCCL has to offer.
