Renée Lacroix

Originally from northern Ontario, Renée studied Fashion Design at Collège LaSalle and the École supérieure de mode de Montréal before landing a position as an outerwear designer in one of Canada's leading apparel companies. During her studies, she completed an internship in Italy and traveled to Peru to volunteer for an NGO working with indigenous female weavers. She moved to London to pursue a Master's Degree in Sustainable Design at the London College of Fashion. In September 2012, she launched Antithesis, a premium womenswear label with her business partner Zahra Ash-Harper. She also works as a freelance pattern cutter & product developer.
