INTRODUCTION
1.1: TAKING CARE OF YOUR OBLIGATIONS Hawthorn Leisure’s Maintenance and Service Plan will help in taking care of most of your compliance and statutory obligations, for one simple fee, depending on the size of your pub.
The following pages of this guide will highlight those areas that are covered by Hawthorn Leisure. For details of how much it costs, see our Guide to Charges.
1.2: PUBLIC SAFETY Health and Safety is always the Partner’s responsibility. You should notify Hawthorn Leisure of any repairs that we are required to make under the terms of your Agreement and take steps to minimise risk by using hazard tape, warning cones, signs etc.
