11 G Eorgetown

Also known as Smokler Hutzel, Georgetown is an established neighborhood with a variety of homes, many of which were built in the 1960s. Styles include Tradi onal, Ranch, Cape Cod and Colonial, ranging in size. The neighborhood is home to the semi-private Georgetown Country Club, which features a 9-hole golf course, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse. Residents can easily access downtown and surrounding areas via I-94, which lies just north of Georgetown.

12 Lake F Orest

Residences in Lake Forest were designed for modern living, with spacious and open floor plans to accommodate today’s busy lifestyles. The beau ful, rolling terrain allows for much daylight and walk-out lower levels. Homes in this neighborhood were built from 1993 to 2001 by several custom home builders. Located in the Northwest corner of Pi sfield Township.

13 S Ilo R Idge

Nestled between Ann Arbor and Saline, Silo Ridge has a convenient loca on and laid-back country feel. Established between 1979 and 1988, Silo Ridge has a total of 126 homes, many of which have undergone renova ons with modern upgrades. Several homes in Silo Ridge back to woodland areas, trails, or parks. Outdoor recrea on abounds with nearby green space, including Sweet Wheat Park and Sweet Wheat Lake.

14 Stonebridge

This community is made up of a few different neighborhoods. They vary from single-family homes to detached condominiums and condominium complexes. The community is surrounded by the gorgeous Stonebridge Golf Course. The en re community is located in Pi sfield Township.

Offering both access to rural and city life, west Ann Arbor is a pleasant residen al area and home to the city’s largest park.

15 Allmendinger H Eights

This neighborhood is considered one of the best Old West Side Ann Arbor neighborhoods. The charming homes vary in age and style, from Arts & Cra s to Tudors and Cape Cods. Many have been restored or remodeled while retaining most of their original features. This great loca on is within walking distance from the University of Michigan’s football stadium and downtown Ann Arbor.

16 D Icken

Dicken is a west side family neighborhood with tree-lined streets and modest 1- and 2-story homes. It includes Dicken Woods, a nature area behind the elementary school that was saved from development by neighbors and is now the site of school and community nature programs.

17 Eberwhite

Located on the former property of Eber White, an early se ler, this neighborhood has a mix of homes of different eras. They are all within a few blocks of Eberwhite Woods, one of the city’s most beau ful, secluded natural areas.
